We booked with Kent Tent 1.5 years in advance of our wedding. Two months prior to our event, we reached out to finalize plans -- absolutely no response. We reached out by email and phone many, many times. We left countless phone and voice messages. We were forced to search frantically for another tent provider at the last minute. We finally heard back two weeks before the event, after it was far too late. Completely unprofessional, particularly for an event and wedding vendor, where reliability is fundamental. Use at your own risk.

Kent Tent came through for us while we were doing a last minute wedding plan. We called them on Wednesday, we had chairs delivered to us on Friday. The guests complimented them on style and comfort. And the price was more than fair. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you're planning an outdoor event.
