Very unhappy with this company. They installed a new propane furnace for us and not even a month later, during the winter our finance shut down because they hadn’t installed the ventilation properly and had to come back and fix it. Then summer comes along and our a/c won’t start. We called Pinewood as we thought it was possibly related to the furnace installation and they took a week to call us back. I understand being busy but not calling back for over a week is very unprofessional! They tell us that it is $160 just to come look at our system plus an additional $15 for gas and then whatever the cost for parts and labour. At this point, we had already called another HVAC company. When they came to diagnose our issue, we find out the thermostat wiring was done incorrectly when the furnace was installed and the a/c wasn’t even connected. This should have been rectified by Pinewood as it was their mistake. We are very disappointed with this company and their unprofessionalism.

Joe and his team continue to come through for our family. We have hired Pinewood for a variety of jobs including installing a new furnace and running exterior gas lines. I have also used them for furnace inspections and maintenance for a rental property. In every case I found the company to be responsive and diligent. Office staff are pleasant to deal with and are accommodating. Joe pays attention to small details of the job and always follows through on his promises. I will confidently recommend Pinewood to anyone looking for a reliable local heating and AC company.

Used them a few years ago when by furnace needed replacing. Great work at the time and never an issue. Recently it came time for both my A/C and water heater, happy to have used them again. Great work again and very happy with their service.

Needed 2 furnaces checked at my rental apartment. Joe was very responsive, offered an appointment right away, and called when the tech was en route. Tyler and his helper were friendly and thorough, despite the heat and the long weekend in sight.The office billed quickly, efficiently and I was quite pleased with the price.Definitely recommend.

I have used Pinewood for both my home and office. Both installation jobs were very involved and difficult. Other companies told me that they would have to demolish part of our basement ceiling to install a new A/C unit Pioneer took the time to do the job correctly without damaging any of the existing building. Professional, quality work, done to my satisfaction and on time. Joe has great installers. Highly recommended.

Pinewood came and repaired our HVAC equipment, they where on time , very professional, explained the issues with our equipment, and resolved the problem in a good time , the office staff where great in booking our service call in a timely manner , great service from the first call to the technician that fixed our HVAC equipment quickly, would highly recommend this company, thank you Pinewood

Friendly, prompt and not over priced. Used their service for my business, they came when they were supposed to fixed my rooftop. I would use them again.
