Cars that you can find at best buy auto are in good shape, Fred allowed me to do a drive test on the Highway and prices are really competitive.I finally bought a toyota sienna and everything work great, I did an inspection and the car has no issues at all.Thanks

FRAUD AUTO SALES can be the accurate an best name that can be given to this auto sales ,just look like a junk yard and this owner just washes and details the old car so that it looks good and sells their car with even engine complaints and cheats the buyer! PLEASE DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP ! buyer only get 72 hours to return the car after buying otherwise they wont accept it or to fix the issue .. They car will smoothly run for 1/2 weeks and they its started to gove trouble !

Been dealing with Fred on the purchase of a Toyota Matrix. Car is amazing shape and runs like a dream. Fred was very accommodating, even a car that was buried way in the back of the lot for me to test drive. Super happy with my experience here and will definitely recommend!

I bought a Volkswagen SUV off of Fred last month, he told me the car was in excellent condition and that it went through a safety inspection. I found out later on that day that the sunroof doesn't open, and a few weeks later that it needs new struts/shocks, the rear brakes are leaking brake fluid and that the previous brake job was not done correctly at all, resulting in needing new set of calipers, rotors, brake pads, and a brake fluid flush due to high water content ( approx $5,000). I called Fred and asked if he would pay to fix the repairs for atleast the rear brake job and after day four of calling, and him beating around the bush, he refused, and offered that I could buy the parts for cheaper at one of his other business locations at my cost. Shadiest car salesman there is, I would never again buy from this dealership.

Fred is one of the nicest persons I have met in Kelowna. I bought a car from him about one month ago. Yesterday, I called him to know if he could find me someone who provides the auto-detailing service. He sent me someone this morning to my house, who cleaned my car very professionally. Much to my surprise, Fred paid in advance for the detailing for my car that I bought one month ago!! I am too happy to meet Fred. I highly recommend Best Buy auto for buying a used car in a reasonable price.

I waited a long time before I wrote a review, so that it could be as candid and factual as possible. From Best Buy Auto, I purchased a 2003 GMC Envoy SLT(4x4) SUV with approximately 140,000 km.Almost a year and a half later (purchased beginning of May, 2018), I have only had to do general maintenance (oil changes, tires). It is likely due for a tune-up now, but that too comes under maintenance. The brakes are still good; I think they must have been new. I have had to replace one headlight bulb for about $8 and one bulb for the tail light and license plate. That is it.The mechanical side of it could not be better for a 2003. The motor was clean and free of any rust or damage. The interior was in excellent condition. It is obvious the vehicle was detailed; it was in amazing condition even though it was 15 years old when I bought it.A trade-in of a 2006 Dodge Caravan paid a little over half the cost of the SUV, and Best Buy graciously gave me four months to pay the balance (a payment each month), which I successfully carried out.I am very pleased with my purchase, as I am not one who knows how to tinker with little breakdowns or replacing parts. It has been a headache-free vehicle. I was always treated with respect, including one time in the four months that I did not quite have the full payment (made up for it in the following month).There was no haggling or upset by Best Buy; they simply understood. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. It was detailed and in excellent condition upon purchase. Thank you Best Buy. When it is time for a different vehicle, I will be visiting you first! Bonita P.UPDATE: February 7.2023 - It is odd that I would return to a post years later, but I just have to. In three months I will have had this vehicle FIVE [5] years. I kept up the general oil changes, naturally changed tires as necessary (yes, also rotating between summer and winter) - general maintenance.This vehicle has continued to serve me well. Sadly, someone stole two of the lug nut covers (one of the businesses in town - did not notice until I got home so tough to prove), but only repair I had to do was with the sway bar, and that is because in a motel parking lot I did not notice a 14 inch high fence, so it was totally my fault.I just had to update and say that this vehicle serves me as well as a newer vehicle. I've almost hit the 200,000 mark now. I moved from B.C. to Ontario (on long weekend, tons of traffic and construction especially in northern Ontario, meaning lots of 'stop and go'). Not a hitch mechanically, smooth ride. Thank you, Best Buy -- five years later, still a happy customer! BP

Just visited this dealership with my son. Identified myself as the cosigner for a loan for a car my son wanted. They didnt even acknowledge I was willing to do this for him. Had him do a financing application over the owners phone?? Was denied the loan which I knew it would be due to the fact my son is just starting out to build his credit. Salesman contacted my son, stating they only do in house" financing.Didn't purchase from themTerrible shady sales."

Sold me a lemon car didn’t even last 4 months. When I went back to talk to him about it said it’s not his problem! Did not even want to hear what I had to say nor did he care as long as he got my money I was nobody to him as soon as I drove away..

Bought a car here five months ago, said the brakes were done within the last year. Complete lie. This is a salesman, he does not care about your safety at all. Hope he feels good putting peoples lives at risk for an extra couple bucks. Do not go here at all costs.
