We had the pleasure to deal with Adel and David Gibbs. We purchased a Ford Explorer ST, and have yet to be disappointed. The purchase experience was easy, professional, and fun. Purchasing a vehicle from David feels like purchasing a vehicle from a family member or a really close friend. David is easy to work with, understands all the features, technology, and models of the entire Ford lineup. No pressure, very easy to talk with, fast at getting back to you when you have questions or concerns, I’d highly recommend purchasing your next Ford from him. I bought my car a couple weeks ago from Courtesy and the whole experience was amazing! Colton was great to work with and made the whole process so easy. Will be coming back to purchase my next car in a few years!

The service centre is horrible here. Dropped my car off for an oil change and received a message that they needed to talk about some “critical” things that need to be addressed. Tried calling from 11am-4pm which resulted in constantly being put on hold, hung up on, not getting through to anyone, patched back to the front desk etc. When I finally I got through and discussed the issues, I was told it would be another hour before my car was ready. Upon pick up the guy had no idea where my keys were, when he finally found them I was given an $180 bill for an oil change and tire patch. Definitely will not be returning for service or future purchases.

I am really unsatisfied with my purchase at this location. I financed a Ford F-150 2023 late last year from this location. I had purchased accessories including the tunnel cover for the truck. The cover was estimated to come in 2 weeks according tot heir financial manager. But it took more than 4 months to come and it came broken. They also overcharged almost 400 dollars for the cover . I went to complain in the servicing and the manager there Shane Moss accused me of breaking it myself even though there was nothing to gain from such actions. In the end they said they would contact ford for warranty but I haven't received a single update and it has been more than 2 weeks already.Recently, the info-system also had issues which I learnt that is a factory issue that is known since early 2021 but this was not mentioned by their sales team during the purchase.I would not recommend this place for servicing or purchases of vehicles.

Just bought a 2022 F150 through Gary. Great to deal with and all went very smoothly as I wanted a few specifics included with my new purchase.I would recommend if looking for a new or used vehicle!

I have purchased 4 vehicles from my salesman Aaron Paul and he has been extremely friendly, helpful, and will go the extra mile for his customers to make sure they get a great deal and are happy. The whole dealership is fantastic, their finance team, management, and parts and service departments are all top notch! Highly recommended!

They offer the lowest trade in value. The service department said I needed to change the back ball joints on my Ford. Went to another dealer and they told me my car is fine etc. My car is only 4 years old and in the last 4 months I’ve had nothing but issues from the breaks to now the engine. I’ve called the service department and still haven’t heard back. This all happens when the warranty is done and the price to get things fixed is through the roof. If I didn’t have such issues with the vehicle I would consider a different review. But a lot of issues of late definitely makes me wish I didn’t buy a Ford.

5 stars goes to Alex (the manager) and the team! A giant job of replacing my 2016 engine had to be done. Alex was very responsive, a great communicator and a friendly person to deal with.
