We had Andy and Scott do the plumbing of our upstairs renovation last summer. We moved 2 bathrooms in our heritage home...and Andy was surely not intimidated or surprised with the nuance of an old home's plumbing. His experience is unrivaled, and his work was meticulous. Scott - Andy's son in law and partner - was a treat to have on the job site as well. They worked very well together as a team, and thus kept the job on budget and on time lines. Would surely recommend Andy and Scott for your plumbing needs.

We were in need of a plumber same day. After our floors were installed in our bathroom we realized the toilet needed to be removed but the flooring company wasn't able to install the new one for liability reasons (we were in a condo) so we called around and Scott and Chris arrived promptly. They were very time efficient and professional, I would definitely call on them again and highly recommend them!!! Thank you Scott and Chris!!

Scott was here today fixing my toilet and leaky faucets. He was super nice, very clean during the working process (he brought his own indoor shoes!), and very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and made suggestions on things like different brand names of faucets but with no pressure on spending more money than necessary. His work is impeccable and very reasonably priced and I'm very happy with everything. I highly recommend Andy Plumbing! They'll be the only ones I call going forward. Thank you!!! :)

We called them to investigate a hot water issue. They quoted us $400, which I agreed to. When the plumber arrived he said he needs to replace the mixer and it will cost $700. I gave him the go ahead knowing I am overpaying for this service. After finishing the installation, the water was still not hot, he claimed the pipes were originally connected wrong and wanted another $400 to fix them. That’s when I knew this plumber was a scammer and said no. After waiting for a few minutes the water turned hot. I’m glad I didn’t pay the $400 which would have been for nothing. I would not call this an honest service

This is the first time I write any negative review about anything. My experience with Andy is beyond horrible. In short, he didn’t solve the problems, created more and cost me a lot. First, I called him to fix a dripping faucet in my en-suite. He changed the cartridge and charged me $450. A week later it lost pressure. He came back and did the work at no charge. I then asked him to take a look at our Kitchen faucet which had black particles coming out periodically. He changed the two shut off valves and charged me $400. A week later that faucet lost pressure, which never happened before. He came back to rest and flush the lines and make a proper diagnosis. After five minutes, he said that he broke the garbirator and because the dishwasher drains through it, he needs to eliminate it and direct the dishwasher drainage somewhere else. He worked a few hours and expected me to pay him for his fault. After testing, the faucet still had no pressure and he recommended changing it. I though I’ll stick with him and bought a faucet. He came to install it, but said he wants $200 plus $200 for the work he’s done before. I let him go. He is pricey, didn’t diagnose and solve my problems, just working on a trial and error basis and above it has attitude. It could be bad luck, but three times in a row. He gets zero stars for his bad service and attitude.
