No due diligence anymore just have proof for broken girl no wonder hate dental offices in 2000s they bully me too but I still have all my teeth in my 30s but my girlfriend needs proof of car collision just for some digginty instead of doubt. Worse then homelessness that stigma then little girl smile. Hesh I'm happy in kitchener police suck the bus drivers are cruel seems my girlfriend stuck. Hope some karma happens in brantford know how much suffering and fix that denture cream could fix.

I was very impressed with my visit today. I must say that it was the best experience I have had with a dentist. Dr Sassanpour was very caring and professional. He took the time necessary to explain things and his skill as a dentist was excellent. Kandace, who assisted and got me set up for the procedure was just a grade above with her caring, understanding, re-assurance and professionalism. Kandace has a pleasant way of showing kindness and being friendly. My first contact with staff on the phone and how I was greeted at the front desk was great! I would highly recommend this dental office.

Had work done december 2021, its now january 2023 and i just recieved a call now saying i still owe them money because something went wrong with my coverage or something, it takes over a year for the person working the desk to notify me about this which is absolutley rediculous, all they said is that they have been short handed and ontop of that im still having the same pain in the area they worked on. What a joke, ill never go back there again and i recommend you dont either. Extremely unprofessional business.

I made a last minute appointment because I couldn’t get into the dentist I usually go to & I was in within a day. The staff so friendly and amazing, the dentist was SOOOOOO kind and caring. I’m terrified of the dentist - literally terrified. She made sure that I was informed on everything she did. She explained that I needed an extraction & well I started to have a mini panic attack, she calmed me down through the whole process. Made the experience wonderful & I didn’t feel a thing other then the pressure of her having to pull the tooth out.I was in and out in 30 mins ! Wonderful place! Thinking about switching all the family over to them!Highly recommend this place is you’re a big baby when it comes to pain like me :)

Front office staff was miss leading on payment.Was informed my mouth guard would be covered. After a few weeks of appointments, my coverage was exceeded. Surprised to find out when picking up my guard, I’d need to pay full price. All I received was excuse after excuse v.s an apology for misleading me to believe mouth guard was covered when it wasn’t.Recommended for the dentistry, but not for front office staff.

I really love this dentist they took me on no questions asked when the dentist I was going to since I was 5 decided they didn't want to take my coverage due to ODSP they're always professional and friendly and make me feel heard 100percent my only complaint is cleanings haven't been the same without the machines since COVID hit and they did them by hand the hygienist was a bit rough but she deff does a good job they don't make me feel embarrassed BC I can't afford braces at the moment it can also be hard to get an emergency appointment everything is great even with it hard to get an appointment at times

This office is one of the best places I have been too. Firstly, being very nervous going to the dentist, each staff made me feel at ease. I was greeted with care from the front desk and the assistants working were there the whole time and were very knowledgeable and very gentle. Dr. Khartabeel who was very calm and patient and answered every question and concern I had.When I left I felt much more comfortable and confident about upcoming appointments in the future.Secondly, when I had called to make an appointment. I was able to get one in a timely manner that fit my needs. Who is opened on a Sunday! I’m so thankful that I have found a place where all my needs were met.Lastly, I really appreciate how the staff handles their job. They are thoughtful, patient and made me feel very welcomed. Very positive office and hope this review will touch someone else to have a great if not better experience than I have had

Have been waiting for a refund from over a month from the London office. Call the london office and there is always an excuse for the delay and that i need to talk with the regional manager. I have tried to reach the regional manager Melinda, but she is never available or in and leave a message , but she never gets back to me. I’m leaving the country next week and still I haven’t received my money back.

Amazing staff, very accommodating, and welcoming.They treated my son and I better than I could have hoped. I’d recommend to anyone!

Switched my whole family too this dentist. Amazing dentist and awesome staff.Edit:: if you haven't been you should, I called with a concern and they had me come right on in, got things situated in minutes and back on my way. Hands down best dentist around.
