Fit Body Boot Camp

I have been a member of the Fit Body Forever group at FBBC for about 5 years. I love the workouts that are doable for our age group and how friendly and committed the coaches are. I have definitely gained more balance , strength and endurance. I have had both knees replaced 3 years ago and turned 80 this summer. I can walk 5 km with no trouble now and am able to look after my own yard and flower gardens. It was a great decision to join this facility!

Joined Fit Body Boot Camp in Goderich in 2017 and it was the best decision. The coaches and members are truly there to support you in any way possible. Could not ask for a better fitness community!

I have been at Goderich Fit Body Forever for over 3 years now and would not look at another gym. The coaches are wonderful and help you correct form while gaining strength and stamina. The coaches are friendly and so are those I workout with 3 times a week. Many of them have become friends. We are always looking out for each other. We are a family of workout buddies.Only 30 minute workouts have made such a difference in my life. I have had 2 knee replacements and 2 hip replacements. 2 years ago a survived breast cancer. I am still working out and loving every workout.Give it a try. You won't if it is for you if you don't try.

I joined FBBC Goderich in January. After making the decision to kick start my fitness journey, life threw us devastating challenges and then naturally there were misgivings. I wanted to quit, walk away and not look back. But instead I found encouragement and commradery from do many friends and family. The FBBC staff supported my emergence from the cocoon I had spun. Thanks FBBC Goderich. I'm glad to have met all of you ... and to Melissa at FBBC Goderich ... I can do this !! Challenge accepted !!

Amazing workouts and coaches that keep you motivated!! It’s changed my life. I have more energy and see changes in my body weekly.

Leaving my home gym in the city after we relocated back to my husband's childhood home was difficult. An injury, the pandemic, I was upset to find myself back to where I didn't want to be. I didn't think I would find the same experience I had in the city, I was wrong. FitBody Bootcamp was so welcoming and have been supportive in my journey to reclaim who I was and the direction I was heading for my own health. I have gained so much in friendship and support (while losing weight) and I am proud to be a part of the FBBC family. It's a workout I look forward to every time I walk in the door.

I've been a member of Fit Body Boot Camp for almost 10 years! I love the small group sessions and the sense of family that comes with it. No matter which of the many sessions you attend, you always feel welcome and inspired. I've developed many close relationships with my 6am workout crew and love how they challenge me, listen, check in and laugh.The coaches are unparalleled in their guidance and wisdom and have become true friends. It is a true family with some motivation, sweat and hard work thrown in the mix. I look forward to attending every chance I get and really miss it when I can't make it.

I've been with FBBC in Goderich since 2019 and I must say that I consider it part of my life now. It was a refuge during the Pandemic and every single workout I attend I feel welcomed, supported, cared for, and encouraged to keep moving with purpose and vitality. The staff are well educated and adept at providing individual modifications to exercises and also provide really good body positioning cues to ensure you are getting the most out of every exercise. The space and equipment are always kept very clean, especially evident during the Pandemic when extra measures were consistently followed to ensure the health and safety of their members. I can't imagine ever leaving this place! It's my fit fam!
