Barbara was a delight to work with. From the very beginning she was personable, easy to talk to and supportive. She turned our ideas into a magical wedding ceremony for us that exceeded our expectations. It was a whimsical night for us.

Our wedding was a wonderful and intimate ceremony, made all the more amazing by Barbara. Barbara sent out a survey with questions to learn more about myself and my wife before the ceremony, asking deep, meaningful, and funny questions about each other so she could help craft her words during the ceremony. She wove together what we had written about each other so nicely, pulling out poignant anecdotes and common themes in a way that really added to the ceremony and made it very special. More than that, Barbara was a calming and kind presence. She helped ground us and our guests, and included some meaningful and unique aspects such as passing around our rings to each of our guests so that we would be connected to each of them.Really, it was a wonderful experience and I cannot thank Barbara enough.

Barbara is so amazing to work with. She curates the most perfect re-telling of couple's love stories that have them laughing and crying - sometimes at the same time! Barbara has a presence that puts everyone at ease and immediately allows guests and couples to feel grounded to appreciate every moment. If you want a ceremony that tells your story and allows you to truly soak up every word - there is only one person :)

Our experience with Barbara could not have been better. Truly, it couldn't have been better. She was absolutely amazing to work with. Right from Day 1, she was supportive, honest and made us feel at ease. She made our wedding ceremony beautiful and special and perfectly crafted to us. Our ceremony was unique, meaningful, emotional, funny and goofy at times, it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Barbara has wonderful suggestions and will come up with different ideas to suit you, she puts so much into your ceremony. From planning to execution to following up with you afterward, she just thinks of every detail and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Barbara was AMAZING to work with. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome of our ceremony. Our guests were all very impressed. We kept hearing guests say how unique and special the ceremony was. And how it was a refreshing update from what they had seen at past weddings. Which was exactly what we had asked for when we first met Barbara!Barbara spent a good amount of time getting to know us and that allowed for a really personalized ceremony. She was organized and always one step ahead of us (which was super helpful with life being so busy). She was an excellent collaborator. She listened to what we wanted, and then gave us a few different options for each section. Shen helped with our vows and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. Barbara is a celebrant extraordinaire! Everything was perfect from start to finish, she truly brought our wedding ceremony alive and tailored made the most beautiful day for us. Throughout all the preparation and on the day she was encouraging, kind and supportive. Before the wedding we used Barbara's wonderful website and 'welcome package' to helps us layout our ceremony, choose our 'moments', and gleam inspiration for writing our own vows. It was truly a wonderful day and we're so happy to have had Barbara officiate over us.

Barbara was a spectacular celebrant for our wedding. She works with you to create a wonderful, authentic ceremony. Barb had tons of unique quirks she suggested, which made our ceremony unique. She also had a sterling reputation with our vendors, so our ceremony was perfectly coordinated with our photographer (Tulle & Tweed Photography) and videographers (Paper Heart Films).Barb's words brought us and our guests to tears! You can feel her presence with every word. I cannot recommend her enough.
