Return policy needs to be revised. I opened a package and was not able to return it because I opened the box, even though I never used the product, just simply took some staples out before I realized I bought the wrong size. Management is the major issue.... creating a culture of rudeness and lack of customer service.

The bedding store is a joke. The sheets are imperfect, i.e. ripped or the wrong size from what is stated on the package. Company states final sale on the sheets and you cannot open them before purchase. (Really????) My sister and I made the mistake of buying sheets there that were ripped and the wrong size with nothing to replace them with.We could not get our money back or get a store credit. We had to find something we did not want in the adjacent Hart Store right then and there. Bad business practice! Will not shop there again.

This store has decent stuff, but make sure you want it because even know there’s a sign on the door saying 7 days to exchange they try and say everything not to do that. This is not the first time they have said they don’t want to take it back even know it’s in same condition didn’t even open it and the same cashier was there when I bought it. She said she wasn’t allowed to do that. It’s only when I made a fuss she took it back. Also they advertise stuff in their flyer that never came in and is never coming in.Buyer beware

Avoid this store at all costs. I wanted $600 worth of blinds and was directed to the web store. I placed an order and received a call from the Kitchener store saying they could not fulfill. I advised them what the manager in London told me and they called back saying their mistake, they were sending me 2. Another store sent me 4. Then after a follow up email to the Econ, I was told the other 9 were unavailable even though the website shows more than enough inventory. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs

Amazing store I didn’t know existed and now I go a couple times a month. They scammed me on a can opener, telling me it was so popular they can’t keep it in stock. It broke my second time using it. Also beware because the flyer you get might not reflect the stock at the store near you

Bought two sets of day/night blinds online to pick up at London store. Day after picking up went on sale for buy one get one half off. Called the store and b/c it was purchased online to email them, which I did right away on Dec.21st 2022. Still have not heard back. Resent email and nothing. Don't think I will be shopping here again. Had to return one set of blinds b/c of retraction issues and the new one also has a threading defect. I give up!

First time in this store and will not go back. Customer service is definitely not a priority with this company. I witnessed a gentleman try to return or exchange with a receipt, and they wouldn’t do it. Told him that they were a seven day return policy store. When I asked for assistance with an advertised item and asked a few questions, the clerk became condescending to me. I was interested in some blinds that they have, but wouldn’t take a chance that something be wrong and they wouldn’t stand behind their product.
