Worst inspector I've been around in 6 years. He is mean. He advises his clients with things that are not true. Everyone knows that insulation doesn't go all the way to the ground on foundation walls. Listing broker and collaborator be on place during the inspection

It was my worst experience for Home inspection compare to all three home inspection that i had before , Sunny Li who came for inspection spend less than 45 Minutes to check the house, he clearly mentioned that he cannot spend more than 1 hour due to other clients, he mentioned that he will send the report with all details but his report was only 11 pages in total about company and house, only 4 pages about general description of house nothing specific about the house condition, report was useless that I asked buyer to send me his inspection report to study, I called and mentioned that i am not satisfy about the report but he never bother to respond, dont waste your money for this inspector , you wont get any useful information.

Very good service. The inspector inspected the roof in -20 degrees weather . Inspected everything thoroughly. Gave detailed explanation for results. The lower ratings are just not true. Better than other 5 star rated inspection agencies . Very technology pro. Older inspector has 35 years of experience. Definitely recommended.
