Excellent customer service! Products are very reasonably priced. Everything is neatly packed, with tape around the bottles to protect against leakage. Everything arrives within a few days with eco friendly peanuts. Curbside is awesome as well for the times I have needed things quicker.

I think this is one of the most underrated diy supply shops in Canada. I literally got my package 3 days after ordering and that Included delivery time! The quality and service, even during rush months, cannot be beat. I am STILL waiting for an order placed on the same day to a company out West, and I've had my Candora order for a week. Highly recommended.

I recently made my first order with Candora Soap and I am a 100% happy customer. Their prices are reasonable, their shipping was *FAST* and the package arrived about 5 days before the tracking number estimate. My motivation was to get a specific ingredient, since both of my usual suppliers were sold out and could not give me an ETA. Candora had that ingredient and I continue to make shampoo bars without skipping a beat. Highly recommend!

I drove all the way there to find it was closed because the info on the website was wrong, went back again door is locked you have to call… did call and they wanted the order number I did not have access to it at that moment Was asked to find it and call back…. I was standing outside the door! Asked if she can look up under my name and no cannot do that. I hung up got the number and had to call back twice before someone else answered the call.. Feels like I need to be punished for not having my order number on demand. Then the order came out, addressed the time discrepancy and was asked where it showed the wrong info and not even sorry for the inconvenience. I was the only person there, would it have hurt to look my name up? Sure the system might not allow that so if I had an issue with an order how will they find me in the system to see what I ordered ? Not very professional the products is good but I am hate being treated like a child who needs punishment!

I have purchased from Candora in the past and always had fairly good customer service. I ordered from them again about a month ago and there were products missing from my order. When I notified them right away, Candora refused to take any responsibility for the issue, essentially blaming Fedex and myself for the missing product. I own a small business and if a customer tells me something is missing from their order, I believe them and make it right. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I received and the lack of concern on Candora's part for the problem.

Excellent purchase experience. Shipment well packed, processed quickly and delivered fast through CPC. All products received as ordered and in prefect condition. I found prices to be on point to what I was expecting being my first time making my own. Will purchase again and definitely recommend.

I have ordered a couple times now from Candora and they are fantastic! Great selection of soap making supplies and all the fragrances I've gotten have been great, and they've had unique fragrance options. Their prices seem good, and shipping is fast. Highly recommend if you're into soap making!
