Breakout Escapes

Great experience, went there with my sister as she was up vising. The sequence of puzzles were great and fit together well. The staff was excellent and super personable.Unfortunately they don't buy your excess gold when the pawn shop is closed.

Its only getting one star, because i cannot give zero. The room we wanted to book wasn't available because they set up holiday" rooms...which just felt cheap. Gave us clues for puzzles we already solved. There were no clues as to what puzzle was for what keys/locks. Had a verbal clue to unlock something and they weren't even paying attention which caused us to waste more time. Not to mention the room was extremely hot. The theme of the room didn't feel like what it should have. The room was way overpriced for the experience that it was. Overall the worst escape room experience we've ever had. Would not recommend going here based on what we experienced."

great experience with some of my buddies. Had lots of fun there is a variety of rooms to solve, i definitely would recommend!

Decent concept but multiple things in our room were set up incorrectly. We has clues at the beginning that we were not supposed to have until much later and the final lock was set up with the wrong combination. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Had so much fun, the girls that worked there were so nice. The break rooms were cleaned before hand and the escape room was so fun. Definitely would recommend and go again.

This was our first time doing an escape room. The staff were so kind, accommodating and helpful. It was an amazing first experience. We will definitely be back!

Overall a fun and challenging experience. Staff were nice and room had a nice variety of puzzles, hints were readily available as well. I'm unsure if there was a group immediately after us (no one in the lobby?) but I would have appreciated a few extra minutes to try to solve what we were doing, or have the staff walk us through what we were missing.
