Receptionists will book your appointments at a date or time not discussed over the phone then charge you $40 for missing an appointment they scheduled incorrectly. Very unorganized, huge time waster. Would not recommend.

My Dr. at Mountdale (Dr. Frederickson - hope that is spelled right) is AMAZING. Very nice person, super knowledgeable, and great with my daughter (4yrs old). The only complaint I have is this, when you call the clinic to book an appointment, no one picks up! I sometimes wonder if the receptionists phones are broken? How can I access my amazing doctor if the receptionists won’t answer their phones!? It’s maddening!

The folks at Mountdale are terrific. From the front desk, Dana is pleasant and helpful, to Natalie in the back who pokes you with needles that you barely feel, to Dr. Jeremy who explained things very well. I felt very comfortable and cared for by everyone.

Unhappy with how to address the walk-in AND getting appointments. No one answers the phones, and you're told NO if you go to register for the clinic in person, even though you're a patient. If there isn't enough people to answer multiple phones for a walk-in, don't have them - or make a day where we can call for emergency reasons. Attending other walk-ins has resulted in my family doctor upset because they don't receive 'the files'. SO MAKE YOUR CLINIC AVAILABLE.

Not ready to take new patients even though it is an emergency. They are stuck to their regular patients. Very rude and cruel. They are working against the law of a hospital and doctors. Not even expecting a single star.

Receptionist very rude...Just went in for an emergency situation and the receptionist straight away said no as we are not patients.Asked if she knew any other walk inabd told us to check phone directory.I dont know how they are hiring people qith such a terrible attitude.
