Boise Clean Air

I booked Boise Clean Air to come clean my air ducts and dryer vent in Eagle, ID. We set up an appointment and agreed on a price. The day of the appointment they called and cancelled our appointment. They offered an apology and a discount to reschedule. I rescheduled for one week later and they called and cancelled again within two and a half hours of the appointment. They said their technician was stuck at another bigger job and offered another apology. I chose not to reschedule a third time, if this is how they treat you before they get there...what kind of job could I expect from them? I cannot recommend this company.

Jake was wonderful to work with! We found him to be very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to come out earlier than our original appointment, walked us through his process, showed us before and after pictures to know what we were paying for, and gave us a number of options for how we could go about cleaning our air vents. Would highly recommend and we look forward to working with him again!

The tech was upset that I would not change my time to an earlier time (I work from home and used PTO for the visit). He came in and told me we had mold in our systems and duct works and wanted to charge me over $900 for everything and I said no. He charged me a service fee which I didn’t want to pay because he did nothing. I called and complained and the manger refused to talk to me. Horrible experience

Scheduled a duct cleaning between 1 and 4pm. Called about 3:40 when I hadn't heard anything. Gal said the tech was stuck at a larger house and won't be making it and offered to reschedule. I declined. A simple phone call wouldn't have made me wait for hours. Common courtesy.

Just 4 months ago I paid this company over $800 to have my air ducts cleaned and sanitized. I was a little suspect at first because the guy showed me all these pictures of my airducts on what appeared to be his personal phone, since he also showed me pics of his kid on the same phone. Anyhow, he goes on and on about how bad my ducts were etc. I never saw him taking any pics and I suspected he probably showed all his customers the same pictures. Anyhow, I got tricked into having all of these extra services done to my duct system. Now, I change my filter after nearly 4 months and my ducts look like this picture. Giant clumps of dust, mold and who knows what!! I wonder how many other single ladies have been tricked like me. Stay away from this company. They send out all of these coupons every month in the mail making it sound like a great deal but it ends up costing way more. They are a shady company to say the least.

DONT USE! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT USE THEM!OK, I guess reading reviews first would have been a great thought. I am having the same issues. My grandma has COPD & I felt that we should get our ducts cleaned. $8-9 per duct. .. anyway I was roped into paying $1875.00 and promised a metal air filter, 2 months later.. no filter, furnace keeps throwing error codes with out it (new house built 2019 btw).We called, emailed, left voicemails for weeks with no reply.So, I called from a different number (immediately after the ignored call) and THEY ANSWERED. I was handed off to someone else, Once CRYSTAL got on the phone, she said our filter is back ordered 4 weeks, well... its been 2 months; She had no reply other than well

Jake was absolutely awesome! He was fast, efficient and did a great job. Our vents had not been cleaned since our house was built (14years ago) and desperately needed it. He showed us before and after photos so we knew how much work was done and I am VERY impressed with his attention to detail and how thorough he was! I would recommend this service for anyone who has not had their air vent system cleaned. I am so happy to be breathing clean fresh air in our home with our new baby!

Hard upsell, brought a shop vac and a feather duster attached to a hand held drill to clean the ducts. Said we had mold and bacteria in the ducts without sampling and taking to a lab. And the hard sell, oh my was it hard. Careless with equipment, and was more concerned about the upsell than the job at hand. I have had my ducts cleaned before, and the equipment was big and powerful. This was the kind of stuff you could rent for a light touch job. Expensive and not a company I can recommend.

I'm kinda late in this review but I promised I'd do it.Cody and one of his guys did our entire system back in (I think) January.Full disclosure: it ended up costing way more then I'd kinda figured with everything we added on. So just keep that in mind.I'd recommend them regardless. As I watched them pull out new construction debris from the floor vents it was obvious it had never been done (house was built mid 90's).Cody was great about walking me through what all he thought should be done. He takes photos and shows you before he explains.Our house has had a couple pets over the years and essential oil diffusers run quite a bit.They were punctual, professional, and efficient.I've been breathing much easier ever since.Thanks guys!

Cameron was very professional and courteous and respectful he did an amazing job explain to me everything that he was going to do before heeven started he did a total hundred percent job for me I can breathe better thank you . I highly recommend this company to do your air ducts or anything that you need their very professional people thank you Cameron for doing such a good job Adrian
