Booked an appointment to get internet installed a week in advance. Two hours before the appointment I call to confirm details and get told the tech has the evening booked off and wont be making my appointment.Huge waste of time.

They guys give appointment for 8 to 10 morning and sudden change it 10 to 12 and they don't want to listen customer point of view. They are blaming me that you heard wrong .....

Would give them a 5 star review if they had at least 1 night a week where they were open later than 5:30pm. Edit: I appreciate the vague response from Sasktel, that talked a lot and said very little. Cheers

Wendy was awesome. Before long she had my Mom and I looking at the phones we wanted. Transferred our saved data, rounded up some cases and we are all good. Fantastic service as always at the SaskTel Store on north Main in Moose Jaw. I highly recommend this place.
