Pretty good service despite it being one of the busier locations I've been too. Disappointing it doesn't have a drive-thru and is in an overcrowded parking lot.

Ordered 3 drinks .. 2 were hot and 1 was cold . Said no ice in medium iced pistachio latte and he gave me half the cup saying that he wont fill the cup coz instead of ice he wont be filling the cup . Got small cup instead of medium. Will never be returning to this store .Have been to lots of other Starbucks places . usually their service is nice but got worst service from this location. Don’t go there ! Don’t!

Extremely busy and only 2 staff who are extremely calm and tried their best to handle the volumes of order. Whoever is the owner of this location need to add more staff to support their current front line staff. I felt bad for the staff here. Still waiting for my order while writing this review. Would never go back to this location again .

Ordered my drink 30 min ago… pay x8 the price for a drink and get the worst service. No respect for peoples time, then have the audacity to have tip options, wouldn’t tip half a penny. I asked for light ice and half my drink was just ice…

By far the worst location I’ve been too. Came here on the Easter weekend to pickup a mobile order. Went in 30 mins after I ordered it and they said 20 more mins, I asked to just get a refund and was told they can’t do that so I waited for the 20 mins but it still wasn’t done so I just left. Decided to try again today, went In 25 mins after I ordered and it was not ready but that’s fine. I waited another 10 mins and I was presented with the wrong drink. I’ve never had to wait this long at any other location, my drinks are ready in 10 mins max.

I drive 16KM to this location.My favorite barista is Hasaan.He is such an amazing barista with sweet and respectful service. The drinks he makes are the best. Feels like we are back in those good old starbucks days. Thank you hasaan for such amazing service!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and instead of calling me to inform me so perhaps I could have chosen another option, they send me an empty bag stating to get a refund. I was very much looking forward to eating my sandwich and all I get is an empty bag. Absolutely terrible service!

I used to love coming to this Starbucks for many years. But a lot has changed. For example: Training needs improvement. Being interested in understanding a staff error needs improvement instead of irrelevant explanations. How about a sorry"? I am feeling I won't be back which I am sad about. It was a favourite spot but doesn't feel that way anymore."

I ordered the drinks first tanya made it wrong but then other guy named sushant corrected it and best thing they apologized for their misktake yeah mistakes does happen because they were really short staffed I think management should put more people on the floor

the last 4 times i’ve come here have been pretty awful. It’s always busy, mobile orders often come out late, and they usually aren’t made right. Iced lattes just taste like iced milk, brown sugar oat espressos might as well just be brown sugar-flavoured oat milk… etc.Only positive thing I can say is one of the baristas, Sushant, always gets my orders perfectly - but generally, this location is super lacking. I’d expect this level of inconsistency from Tim’s, not a place that charges $7 for a drink. Other locations are good but this one needs work.
