I had such a wonderful experience with this clinic. The entire staff was lovely to communicate with. Dr. Korbelik and veterinary nurse Amber were so great with my dog, always warm and knowledgable. My dog's allergies are now well controlled and we're both very happy!

We have had years of amazing experience with Dr Defalque and everyone at this clinic. Our dogs Princess and Lady have received the best care and the cost of care has been absolutely reasonable. Thank you Dr Defalque, Amanda, and everyone else for being so professional, friendly, and caring.

I have three dogs with various skin issues. Dr. Defalque has been their dermatologist for a few years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, empathic, and highly responsive to my pets’ needs. He is also genuinely concerned for the health of my dogs. To add to this, the technicians and administrative staff are very kind and compassionate. They demonstrate such warmth toward my dogs. Also important is the fact that this practice works very hard to minimize the costs of the care they provide. I am thankful for this because I have three little patients! If I could give North West Veterinary Dermatology Services six stars, I would.

I'd recommend for all pet owners that have pets with allergies. North West's team have been amazing, the receptionist, the vet assistants, the veterinaries, the entire team is wonderful. Excellent treatment, knowledgeable, and most important, they try to MINIMIZE our costs and visits rather than increasing them. My dog is a completely different and healthier dog since we started our treatment, and I'm grateful to this entire team for helping us with this big achievement.

The 'warm and fuzzies' are paramount in the confidence you have when trusting a loved one to be looked after.While this was our first visit, we both felt that our dog Gryphon was in very capable hands, and the hands of people who exude compassion, caring, knowledge and a passion for what they do.We left with a plan, an appointment for a follow up, and all the details of what the condition surfaces as, as well as potential next steps if the treatment doesn't resolve the issue.It may seem odd to be satisfied with knowing the treatment may not be the end all. But that we were told that, up front, and not just with a 'let's try this and see', but with a 'this will work with the immediate condition, but there may be an underlying cause we still need to look for'. Complete openess.No BS or false hope, but real facts ...and everything with a bedside manner that exceeds any I have seen before.The Dr. and the assistants were all incredible!!Thank you!

Honestly I cannot say enough good things. I just went for our first appointment with my dog who has very severe stranger phobia. All of the staff were great with him. They listened to my concerns, made accomodations for us, allowed me to do the actual body handling, and were very responsive to his body language. I was very anxious for this appointment as we have had some very bad vet experiences in the past but they were great!

In May of this year we had the pleasure of our beloved dog Ellie seeing Dr Korbelik at his satellite Langley location. I cannot say enough about the care the whole team gave our dog. Very recently we had to say good by to our beloved Ellie, I advised the office as Ellie had an appointment scheduled the end of December. Yesterday we received a lovely card signed by all the team and personal notes. The impact that small gesture had on our family was immense, thank you for being the amazing humans that you are.

We feel that our Lab (who has skin issues) is in the best hands she could be in with Dr. Udenberg. He is very caring, professional, extremely knowledgeable, methodical, thorough, easy to talk to and very down to earth. After years of ongoing Vet appts with our regular Vet with minimum to no results, we are amazed at how quickly and drastically she improved in a very short time under his care. I feel we really lucked out by getting him! We're very grateful! Cannot give him enough praise! Highly recommend Dr. Tyler Udenberg and their office!

My dog Bella and I had a wonderful experience at North West Dermatology clinic! It all started a few days ago when Lisa, the clinic’s manager, kindly agreed to prioritize Bella’s health condition and managed to find a spot for her to be examined on emergency basis. It was all possible because of an extraordinary kindness of Dr Defalque, who agreed to see Bella during his lunch break! Despite of this, Dr Defalque was super pleasant, gave us plenty of time, and was exceptionally thorough in examining my dog’s skin condition. I was very impressed with his knowledge and I appreciated several treatment options that were given to me. At the end, Amanda, one of the clinic’s vet technician was able to get my notoriously uncooperative dog to sit patiently while having her ears cleaned! It was great to see how Bella bonded so fast and so well with Amanda and the rest of the clinic’s staff. Extremely happy with the service and the cost was reasonable. Professional, polite, experienced. The clinic is exceptionally clean, and the space is beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommending this clinic!On top of all this great service, the clinic even followed-up with an email consultation a few weeks later, as Dr Defalque wanted to review the progress of Bella’s skin condition! There were no charges for this email consult and the doctor’s concern was absolutely sincere.
