The worst Realtor that you could deal. I have to fight to get my rejected offer signed by the Owner. Even more, you are not sure if the offer was submitted to the Buyer. Normally, your offer goes together with other offers from Realtor of the same Company so you are not sure about the confidentiality of your bid that you offer. In addition, they do not help the Buyer or to motivate the Buyer to get the best deal possible especially when offers are extremely close in price.Personally, I do not recommended to deal with this company my personal experience was a nightmare.
