I really enjoy working at Nurse Next Door. There's a great work life balance and the management team is great to deal with.

After my initial consultation NND Red Deer has been very accommodating with my needs as I travel into Red Deer occasionally, sometimes last minute and require private nursing. The nurses are always on time, knowledgeable, caring and always pleasant.

Run. You will not get anywhere close to the service you will require. They will waste your time with what they call an assessment to tell you what you need. Lol.., it's a waste of time and money. I'm pretty sure someone requiring care, knows what they need.

I have enjoyed working with Nurser Next Door for almost 7 plus years. Unfortunately in the last few years i have been treated poorly by the coordinator who was my Supervisor and she has not wanted to hear anything i had to say which has led to my services being terminated by Nurse Next Door. Upper management is MISSING IN ACTION when you need to grieve and my Supervisor is allowed to do as she pleases. I have been thanked by staff members gor for always helping them out if they are stuck for workers but in this company that does not count. I have been lied about by clients and if i tell my side I'm told the client is always rightI am a counselor and a caregiver and know that some of the people we care for have issues. My supervisor has office skills and that is it snd and is unable to read people but she is the boss of us all and hires and fires at will. She sends people to a new client without training and i have had to train them on the job before i leave my shift as they have said they have had no experience. I have 25 years of medical experienve. 12 in Emergency, 1 in Admitting, the rest as a Caregiver working for clients privately and other companies. My letters speak volumes regarding my work till i was assigned to my Supervisor whose motto is I am the boss and you are not.Thank you for listening. The last time i wrote the truth about this Company i was made to change it by my Supervisor.

I went for a interview in the city.I used to wwith them years a go.I was judged befor the interview was over.wish I could talk to the big manager.
