It's really hard to buy a new car these days. Because there is not much stock of new cars. Also, you have to wait a lot even if you order.However, when I visited West Coast Mazda, they provided accurate information and kindly explained everything in detail.In particular, Brenden is really the best. Terrible experience with the service department. They had my tire for 4 days and I ended up taking it away still ruined. They said it would be a same day job. Apparently they needed me to call in my vin to start the repair, hard to do when you call 3 times and no one answers. I finally left it on a voice-mail after hours and they still didn't bother to start the job

Recently purchased my Mazda CX-5 at this dealership. I actually walked over to this dealership with Mark from Toyota so I can't thank a specific sales person at this location. But the short interactions I had with the staff here were pleasant and knowledgeable. In my opinion, this dealership had some of the best used Mazda's I could find. They seemed to have lower kilometers and more reasonable pricing. Very happy with my purchase and feel that this location is run by honest people! Thanks for getting the car ready in time for my road trip!

Took my car in for a service, needed new rear breaks and oil change. Was over $800- understandable as the service was done right. Got into my car and all the stuff that was under my seats (receipts and stuff that had fallen under my seats) was thrown onto my clean seats and my car smelt terrible (very musty). Terrible experience getting into my vehicle compared to Port Moody location where they are so precise at keeping everything clean, they even dust the dashboard at Port Moody. Car still stinks and this was yesterday. Definitely won’t be going back.
