Received substandard lumber, notified the manager/owner- Darrin Williams. He would not hear my concerns, instead kept dismissing/shaming/triangulating/gas-lighting, etc. Started excessively talking at me. When I told him he has interrupted me, he shouted he could talk whenever he F..ing wanted, and if I didn't like it, there was the f-ing door. I left immediately. Rude, arrogant, bullying. Offensive and unacceptable.

Purchased laminate flooring. Attendant did not understand how the laminate cutter worked, causing the purchase to take 45 min longer.Staff was overly aggressive, borderline bullies, when final till was counted. (Question of overly expensive costs with no prior quote) impression received was, yes
