Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Ottawa Airport

Clean, quiet, and comfortable - this is the quietest airport hotel I’ve stayed in, and is very close to the airport. Large rooms and comfortable beds, free parking, and hot continental breakfast. Closest restaurant is at the garden Hilton (shares the same parking lot) or a quick 5-10 min drive away. Will stay here again.

Hotel is new, and everything looks fresh. The pool and spa, as well as exercise rooms are in great shape. The breakfast was excellent. It was all very, very clean. I feel it was an excellent value. We stayed in the suite with the king bed and it was very, very nice.The hotel is convenient for air travel or for those wishing to not stay right downtown. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay! We stayed here for our first time in Ottawa and I would definitely stay again. Our room was so clean and nice, with a neat view of the airport. Airport noise was very minimal. All the staff were friendly and professional, and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Really nice hotel. We got a beautiful room with a amazing view of the airplanes taking off. That was neat to watch. Pool was clean and warm. Hot tub was good. Morning breakfast had lots to choose from. Staff at check in was really friendly. I would stay here again. Parking was easy.

2023 May 4.5★Each room is fairly large, open, clean with high ceilings. Sofa and a good size TV. Modern and inviting.Lounge areas, breakfast areas are a good size. Pool, whirlpool and gym are also great options.If your considering this location versus the Hilton next door, this is a better option for the following reasons:- Shuttle service (every 30 minutes or faster during busy times, call the hotel otherwise) picks you up first in case there are no seats available.- free breakfast- a designated and always available cafe area for hot waterCons:- no conference rooms (might be a bonus for families)- no restaurant, but you can walk over- nothing to do hereNote: as of writing, no Uber Eats come here. Only Skip the dishes or door dash.Free parking. Free shuttle to airport.

Very nice rooms. Spacious and very decorated but the room is echoey. You hear yourself not other people but I was worried I’d hear hallway noises. Didn’t but you could hear the other room. Not a deal breaker at all but something to know going in. High ceilings do that so that’s a perk if you want a gorgeous spacious room with high ceilings book with confidence! Great parking too.

I am astonished this place is only rated as a 2 star. This is such a beautiful hotel and I have stayed at many 4 star's" that don't come close to comparison of this hotel. The pool area is super clean/maintained and the whirlpool is heated. The whole hotel is superb and out of a dream to stay at. The staff are super polite and attentive to guests. The cleanliness is beyond on point and rooms are immaculate with the veiw of airplanes. This hotel is so underrated for the beauty it offers. Love it."

In for a night and looked for places where we could stay and charge our EV overnight. The information is not so clear in the website, but took a chance and booked it.The room was good for the three of us. Two double beds comfortable. The bathroom was good and neat. The room we had there was no view as the there was a wall opposite the window which sucked.The check in was quick. The included breakfast is decent but was chaos during the rush hour and the staff really struggled to keep everything filled. No dairy free milk available for beverages, cereal or oatmeal. Asked the attendant and said they don’t provide (!).There are two EV chargers and thankfully one was available when we arrived late at night. The charging is not just plug and charge. You have two tap your room card, press two buttons on the charger and it still does not tell you if you did the sequence correctly. You wait and you find out till your car complains that charging has not started. You do again and wait. Why so complicated? Any way once stated it worked and charge was completed.

Unbelievable hospitality. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Breakfast has a wide selection, I do wish they had a yogurt parfait as a grab and go option but it was still great.Chris at the front desk hands down has the best customer service. I myself work in a retail setting and wish there were more staff like Chris. The hotel should count themselves lucky. Friendly, timely, reliable and courteous doesn’t often come as a packaged deal.Thanks for a great stay, we will be back soon.

I've never stayed in a hotel where I felt so welcomed. Truly like my visit there was so important TO EVERYONE. Literally everyone smiled and said hello; front desk housekeeping maintenance kitchen randoms in the elevator ... they all treat each other with kindness and respect. I've never seen anything like it. Some Manager gave me a giant smile and said enjoy your dinner when I picked up My door Dash!! Whoever manages this hotel has an amazing way with their staff because everyone was calm happy and kind. Now let's talk about the continental breakfast. Everything you can imagine in a clean, I mean spotless, serving area that is constantly being sanitized with every customer use. The room was perfect; the TV huge and I was able to cast my phone to it. Literally everything about this hotel was chef's kiss perfect!! Koodoos to you all!!!
