The experience that I had was amazing!! Everything was explained clearly and I was very happy with the site and the space I have rented!! I wish I had the ladies names in front of me but they were very pleasant and polite!! I'm very happy that I have gone with this storage company!! I will wish come back and recommend them to others for sure!!

Very clean and dry. Cheaper than other places and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Jana is very thorough and knowledgable.The only down fall is the ton of paperwork and time involved signing up for any storage company.

I've been here for about 4-6 weeks now in the indoor storage. The staff have been top notch in fact today i had the chance to briefly talk with Susan, she clearly loves her job and it shows. The front office staff are also awesome and the place overall is spotless.

Highly recommend Public Storage in Brantford on Elgin Street. Facility is clean, prices are great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Susan and Maria, you both are great!!!

Terribly expensive, I've been storing my belongings here for four years, over that time I've gone from paying $155 to $195 for a 5x15 temp controlled unit. The place did go through a management switch to new owners, but I've also heard of higher price places so I guess I can't complain too much. The staff are friendly so that's a plus.

Overall it was a great experience at Public storage. Staff Maria and Brandon were very friendly and put their best to show around. Place is very clean and avail to other necessary moving stuff. Definitely great service with budget price!

We chose to rent a storage unit here. The staff was very kind and very knowledgeable. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door and given many options to choose from as far as unit size goes. Jana and Susan were very sweet ladies. The facitilies are very clean and well kept. We are very happy to reccomend this location if asked for suggestions. They also have many packing supplies available if you should need them.

Great friendly staff, very helpful and understanding. Setting up a reservation was super easy and fast, completing the rental paperwork was quick, informative and trouble free. After a quick tour they helped me find the right size unit for my needs aa we quickly realized my Reserva waant big enough. Its also one of the best prices for storage I've found, and the unit is inside and heated which is great for Canadian winter!
