I was so excited when I heard that Dana was opening her own studio. She creates a friendly and inclusive space that really feels like a community. In her class, she meets you where you’re at and supports you to where you want to go whether that’s progressing to the next level or more freeform exploration. It’s going to be such a great space for people who are curious or intimidated as well as ceramists with experience and confidence.

I'm beyond excited for Dana to open her own studio! I took an 8-week course with her and she is an incredibly talented ceramicist, as well as a fantastic teacher. Dana makes every class enjoyable and engaging, infusing her instruction with a lighthearted sense of humor and an infectious enthusiasm for pottery. Her classes are not only educational but also immensely fun, making the learning experience all the more rewarding. With her expertise and dedication, I'm sure Dana will create a beautiful and inclusive space where people can discover, explore and nurture their love for working with clay.

Dana’s (the owner) 8-week intermediate classes are incredibly comprehensive. Her in-depth knowledge and professional training in pottery, in addition to her patience make her an ideal pottery instructor. She takes the time to coach students 1 on 1 during group sessions, and is skilled at meeting people where they’re at in their pottery journey. Would 100% recommend her classes and her studio!

I have never tried pottery before and was recommended by a friend to take some classes with Dana. Dana is an incredible teacher! She was patient and passionate and made my first try at pottery such a great experience. I highly recommend and am excited try her 8 week course next!

I've been taking lessons with Dana this year and it has been a great experience. My wheel throwing skills have improved significantly. Dana spends time with each student in the class to explain how to make their desired pieces. And the classes are always fun. I'm looking forward to joining Parkdale Pottery this fall!

I'm so excited about the opening of Parkdale Pottery! I have taken Dana's (the owner) 8-week classes before and they are an amazing experience. Dana creates a welcoming and educational environment for beginner and more advanced students alike. It's also impressive to be learning from a professionally trained potter. Dana is an excellent teacher! I took an 8 week class with her at another studio and immediately signed up for another 8 weeks because I enjoyed her class so much. She creates such a warm and welcoming environment. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she takes the time to help each student individually throughout the course regardless of whether you are newer to pottery or more experienced. She's also just a lot of fun! I can't wait to see what she does with Parkdale Pottery! I know she's going to create a lovely, inclusive space for people to explore their love of clay. Exciting!!!
