Ash Chimney Sweeps

I have been encountering for the past few months, the flame for my Hot water heater being extinguished and hence, no hot water during the Winter. I even had the Technician come and and replace some parts for the igniter without success, however I had noticed that the draft coming back down through the venting pipe on windy days was extremely strong. I decided to take a look at the Roof Vent and realized that the culprit was a canted vent cap which was funneling air back down to the tank and extinguishing the flame on very windy days. I had no idea who to call and it dawned on me that I should call my Furnace Installer who recommended Ash Chimney Sweeps. To the rescue was Chuck/Katie/and the 2 Technicians who one day later after I had booked an appointment just installed a new Roof venting Cover. Great Service from the Oakville Team as I was waiting for 10 days for someone else to drop by and take a look at the problem whereas, Ash Chimney knew exactly what to do. After a few cool showers, I am not losing their phone number.Thank you all, as I can now put this daily concern behind me as I was becoming an expert firing up the Hot Water heater on a regular basis.

Ash came out to our home to clean our chimney. The technician Ruben was very nice and even gave us some tips on lighting a fire. He installed a new stainless steel cover that will keep rain and animals out. We will be calling Ash next year for our cleaning!

We had our water heater shut off due to a blockage in our chimney where it was supposed to be ventilating. Ash Chimney came out on short notice and cleaned out the problem. Hayden and Josh were very professional, knowledge, efficient, patient and clean. They came to the job prepared for any scenario, which proved to be very helpful in making sure the problem was fully fixed in a couple hours! Would definitely recommend.

Brad and Josh were very professional. Brad really knows his craft and was able to spot preventative maintenance issues that would have cost thousands in repair or worse in the future. Would highly recommend.

I would never use this company again.They charged me $100 to spread some sealant around .The chimney is in front of my bedroom window and i have to go on the roof to make this half completed job look better.I emailed the company with my complain and they never contacted me back.$ 330 for a chimney sweep and bad sealant job.
