WOWWWW. I just got my car today. Miguel and JP both did everything and more to answer my question and any worries I had. Not only they help but they were very honest through out the whole process. They made me feel that they appreciated my business and payed attention to my needs. Thank you guys I will recommand you in a heart beat to all my friend. I have to say how impressed I am with Trips Auto. They stayed true to their word and didn't promise anything that they couldn't deliver. The staff had their work cut out for them too with my unique credit and budget circumstances, but they didn't shy away from the challenge. Always friendly and inviting and eager to answer any questions, Manuel made my first time financing a car feel like a breeze. He really did go above and beyond, making sure I was set up for success with a safe reliable vehicle. The best part for me was that he educated and kept me informed of the process every step of the way. I have had my car for just over 2 weeks now and I never thought it would be possible with my credit and finances but Trips made it happen. Yes there are companies that sell cars with no problems, therefor you will get a good review. But I got sold a lemon!I am sick and tired of garages scamming and taking advantage of women. Trips Auto told me there was a class action law suit against my car with a cvt transmission, and my car died. Maybe they should have told me this when i bought my car. I tried reaching out multiple times telling trips Auto that there's something wrong. They told me that I had a heavy foot" (I do not)and that is why it revs so high. Then I was told "its what the car does

I had the pleasure of meeting Miguel on the Labor Day weekend when I was desperately trying to replace a truck that had been stolen from me earlier that week. He was willing to meet with my wife and I on the Saturday (his daughter's birthday) to view a truck that he had on his lot. WOW!! Who does that anymore! I was so impressed with him, his dealership and the quality of the vehicles that were on hand. He was even willing to deliver a vehicle to London if we found one that suited to my needs.. Although ultimately I did not buy a vehicle from him I would say that he was the best for quality and service that I had encountered during my week from hell.
