Dollarama stock is what it is. The staff are competent, helpful and friendly at this one.

Good store. Great selection. Went there for school supplies and wasn't disappointed. A bit unorganized. But overall I'm happy.Update - a lot of the same items in the store instead of the wider variety like they used to carry. I know shelves and hooks need to be filled but with the repeats it doesn't offer as much of a selection

Never meet friendly staff...they are always complaining about each other. Store is often in disarray...

This review is solely on customer service. I went there around 8pm tonight, Sept 10th 2022, with my mother. She had her things, I had mine. We went to go to cash. The worker that is covering cash REFUSED to go to cash to ring us out. She told us to use the self checkout. We hate using them for the following reason. It jammed the money. First off there was already someone at self checkout having an issue and the worker wasn't paying attention. Then when my mother went to pay, the first bill she put in jammed the machine. By this time the worker came around to the self checkout to finally help. She had to call another worker up to help us with the machine since a lineup of about 6 other people had now formed. I went to get in line to pay for my stuff, I had waited for my turn and still had to wait for my mother since they were still trying to get the machine to work. This isn't the first time this specific worker has refused to go on cash as I have overheard her making comments in the past. The worker that helped my mom with the stupid self checkout machine was very kind and pleasant. Management seriously needs to reconsider not only the self checkout machines, at least to make it so they don't accept cash, and to deal with this worker who apparently doesn't like to do her job.

Good store. Clean and the staff is always friendly. Lots of great stuff for the camp and people on a budget.

I love this store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The products are fresh and replaced promptly. You can find really nice things for lower prices. Spend a little time and check out the cleaning supplies, home goods and kids books - oh, and the gift bags and cards! :-)

This self checkout is getting out of hand. I don’t work here, why am I doing the work? I brought MY OWN REUSABLE BAGS and you can’t even start scanning until an employee comes, logs in and verifies. What is the point? Then when you fill the first bag and add another, you have to find someone in the store and repeat. When I questioned the employee, I got the “I just work here” line. Dollarama, you need to step up your customer service game. Nobody to be found at the cash area. AND I apparently inconvenienced them by needing someone to come up. Didn’t even say a word to me.

It's fine.Most things are $1.25 but but's just the way the world works.I have no complaints and I get stuff here for cheaper and in larger quantites than regular stores

The aisles are too narrow. I was getting items off the wall when someone tried passing me but could not because dollys of restock were in the aisle and I felt rushed. Also, I went to grab a drink from the fridge and the shelves the drinks were on had black mold or dirt on every single one and looked like they have never once been cleaned .
