Comfort Inn Airport

I looked at the pictures they were nice and the reviews I saw said it was clean. So I thought well its 1 night and then we catch our flight. However it’s disgusting, cigarette burns all over carpets, smells so strongly of air fresheners it’s making me sick. Rooms are not clean at all, the beds and sheets are fine but everything else like the remotes and door handles are filthy. The curtains are stained the walls have marks all over them. Honestly I am so disgusted I will never stay here again. If I could cancel and get my money back I would be going anywhere else.

Best customer service in any Hotel/inn so far.I arrived to winnipeg without any reservations, they had the cheapest room available among all the hotels nearby, my room was clean and everything functioned properly. The breakfast is solid and the staff are very friendly.

There are many people living in this hotel and they are slamming doors constantly all through the night. They didn’t have water bottles at the front desk and my keycard reset every single day. The lobby and hallways are that of a 1-star motel. The room itself was fine but the cleaners and the people living here are very disruptive. I would never stay here again, and if this stay wasn’t for work I would have left early and not paid.
