Always a great experience going into Big Al’s. We’ve gotten dozens of pond fish and a handful of aquarium fish, all healthy and happy. We also have a beta who’s done really well in our heated tank.Their prices seem high, but great quality supplies.

Various Reptiles available at this location along with great variety to setup your aquarium! There is staff around to help you out with anything you may need.Slightly expensive than other Pet stores but likely worth it.

Great knowledge, great product, great people! Big Al helped me save 3 tiny goldfish who had been abandoned. Big Al has a Big Heart & deserves Big Money.

Update! This was a 5 star review but no longer. Multiple trips in I found my self dealing with a certain worker (wish I knew his name!!l) he was so ignorant and tried his best to help me the least he could, I stopped going! I asked a buddy to stop in to grab me a couple things on his way over one night and he got the same treatment from the same worker! Funny tho! My wife went in after that and said he was nice as could be! Not sure his issue with helping males but if you are one and just want a grunt and a point! This is the place for you!!I'm building my first ever vivarium. Learning a lot as I go. There was lots of staff on hand and was easy to get help with all my question and good advise as well. Many of my questions were probably pretty obvious but I did not once feel like I was silly or a bother to the workers for asking. My project is now starting to take shape!

We didn't end up buying anything here but it's a great experience browsing around the store itself.The prices were a bit higher for similar products but they have a lot more options and varieties in both the enclosures/aquariums and the fish/reptiles/hamsters.

Been coming here since I was a kid, was always very good and their customer service was excellent but recently the workers are a bit rude and unprofessional making it hard to get anything you actually want. There are a few really good workers that are more than willing to help you with whatever you may need and will actually here your side before making any assumptions about a situation or will actually treat you like a human being. I recommend big als but just be careful who you speak with.
