Occam’s Razor
We went here recently for my wife’s birthday, it was not out first time here but it was our first time getting food, and it was amazing! We’re both vegetarian and my wife is trying to eat more of a vegan diet so it’s sometimes hard to eat out, so we were very happy to see that we could eat here. I ordered The Valley of The King but they were out of eggplant, so the chef came out to discuss options and went with oyster mushrooms instead, which tasted amazing, and he came out again to talk about where they source their mushrooms from and how he wants to prove that vegan options can “be more than a stuffed pepper” which was nice to see that they’re passionate about their food. Because it was my wife’s birthday, they also brought a little dessert for her which was gorgeous, vegan, and delicious. The drinks here are amazing, so creative and tasty, and I love the option to roll the dice for a surprise drink. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Amazing food, drinks and staff. This is our go-to pub. The vibe is relaxed and you can not beat the creativity and thought put in to everything. Yes please!

Occam’s Razor
Its ok....a unique experience in terms of the low low lighting, menu, and drinks. A lot of thought is put into the entire establishment from decor to food. The staff were lovely. The food was okay. The drinks were really good. I wish it was just a wee bit brighter in the restaurant and the food a little more stepped up. The wagu bowl had way too much rice with 4 slivers of meat and the dessert Panna cotta was really gross. It had a waxy taste to it. Too bad presentation didn't meet expectations. One of those things where its Instagram vs reality. Our guests with us enjoy their burger and prosciutto toast. I would stop here anytime for a drink. A great place for a meet up over well crafted beverages.

Where do I start? The cocktails are out of this world amazing! So creative. Everyone who works here is friendly. Food was delicious and was served hot, so you know it’s fresh. Dimly lit with a bar that spans the majority of one of the side walls.Highly recommend coming here for a celebration or for cocktails!

Occam’s Razor
I went with a friend last night for a couple cocktails. Both of our cocktails were excellent. This was my first time at Occam's Razor. The place has such a cool vibe. My friend and I also shared the charcuterie for 2 and it was delicious. I think it could have been enough food for 3 people.The bartenders were all very personable, friendly and helpful. It's a busy place so a reservation would be recommended. I will definitely go back again, and hopefully sooner than later.

Occam’s Razor
Occam’s Razor was a fantastic place to have a nice dinner out on a patio while listening to live music. They had a nice selection of nonalcoholic drinks that still felt unique and fun, which is great for those who don’t drink. The food was fresh and flavourful and the staff were super friendly. I would recommend to anyone who wants a tasty drink while enjoying local flavours!

One of a kind cocktail bar, you would expect to only find in the major cities like Edmonton or Calgary. And even in those places you would be hard pressed to find a place like this.Food amazing, drinks spectacular and works of art. Such an amazing vibe, decor and warm welcome. Personable staff, you really can't get much closer to perfection. Inside you don't feel like your in red deer you are transported to another place. Amazing vibe

Occam’s Razor
Occam's Razor is my husband and my favourite place to go for delicious cocktails! We roll the dice and let the fates dictate what we are served. It's a fun way to try new drinks. The fact that the wonderful owners are also the best bartenders we have yet to meet means that we always love what we are served. We take our family and friends there when they come to visit us and they have all loved it as well.We have also eaten at Occam's Razor and are so impressed with the unique and DELICIOUS food that Chef Phil creates. We love that he sources locally and that everything he makes is so thoughtfully planned and made. Sooooo good!Best cocktails, amazing food, friendliest team, and the coziest atmosphere... we can't speak highly enough of our experiences there. You should definitely go!

First time but not the last!Our bar tender/server, Matt, provided Great service, mixed incredible cocktails, the meals were delicious. The menu is creative using local suppliers. The atmosphere was welcoming, dimmed lights, music, candles, decor, everything was perfect.Would recommend!!

The food was very yummy, they had nice vegetarian options! The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. The service and staff was awesome and friendly.
