I have been going here for well over 10 years, I have never ever been treated badly, I find the staff here to be cheerful and polite. I can get in and out of there fairly quickly. For the great customer service over the years, I gladly give them 5 stars.

I’ve been going here for years and always had excellent experience. People here are always warm and friendly and take time to explain things well to someone who knows nothing about insurance. Thank you very much! I’ve had terrible time getting answers in other insurance places and always felt rushed and unwelcome until I went here.

I've always had a positive experience coming here. I enjoy a few of the staff, and am always greeted with a smile. I see a few others have mentioned they have no idea what they're doing... I find that hard to believe. I buy and sell cars every now and then, so I pop in here more than most would. I've never had an issue. In fact - they have caught issues that the fine folks in Superstore have made, on more than one occasion. So I have to give this place a 5-star rating. :) I'll be back!

Very friendly and helpful great advice on insurance options. Great to deal with have used them for years don't need to go anywhere else.

Fast and courteous(And they'll take your money to)

I don't know if timeline matters or not, but I was here in the beginning of May for motorbike insurance. The gentlemen (Scott?) took a lot of time to answer my questions and try to save me a couple bucks. Greatly appreciated.

The customer service was not good at all. They really don’t know as much as you would think about the insurance products they’re selling and there’s no privacy because you have to stand at a counter giving out your private information for 30 minutes right beside other people doing the exact same thing so it’s difficult to concentrate on what you’re talking about or hearing, they are rude and short with people, and they rush you out of there as fast as possible not caring if you’re informed about what you’ve just paid for or not. We called to ask some follow-up questions and to voice our concern about our coverage but the manager basically told us not to waste our time because that’s just how it is and there’s nothing they can do about it. I would not recommend purchasing any insurance products from this location. If you do decide to then read the fine print and make sure that you are fully informed before you pay for any services because even if they misrepresent the product there will be a penalty you will have to pay to get a refund.

Really kind and helpful staff here! They were very informative and listened to what my needs were for insurance!
