Just like to say a big thank you to Paul and his staff. I dropped off a vintage Rotary watch to have the crown and winder replaced, Paul managed to source one and fit it for a 10% of the price (yes a 10% of the price) I was quoted elsewhere in the city centre. Great service. Highly recommended.

I took a wall clock what was radioactive what basically the wall clock goes round itself and reflects itself on its own only needed is a battery replacement in at the back because it was all corroded basically when I got the clock back some it was missing at the back of it where the buttons where before Eevee move them at the clock where they should have been at the back of the clock where they had been before I am annoyed with the clock shop because there was there before I will be never ever going back there because he stinks what I mean by that when you go in there and ask for a repair it's basically he should do it his job properly and do it is job properly not do a budget job because that's exactly what he has done ripped the opponent out and not replaced it with a new one like he should have should I put the battery older when your battery older was in in there are two buttons on the side of the clock to control it but when he took it out to repair the clock you'd ever put it back in the clock so when the battery older was back in place he should have put this back in place with it but he never did then he charged the full price what he should have done the 60 quid recharged but the robin kit he was he should not have charged that price till he did the proper repair I would recommend nobody going to this shop because you will just get ripped off like I did I'd recommend you do not go to that shop ever again because you just get ripped off. I will never ever go to the shop again and nobody else would keep away from that because I will never recommend everybody going to it go to one of the shop in Hull.

I didn't actually buy anything from them or have anything repaired. But went in for some advice and they where so helpful. It is nice to have a place that doesn't have a hard selling outlook and can just be good to their customers . I would highly recommend them.

Superb service from Paul at Watch & Clock Hospital. He's looked after several of my Rolex watches, with everything from basic servicing to a very tricky case repair on a white gold Daytona and a completely destroyed 5513 Submariner. For vintage stuff, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

New watch glass fitted virtually as I waited. Got home and noticed a minor problem with my watch. Returned to Watch Hospital where problem was rectified immediately and to my total satisfaction. A new battery was installed by way of compensation for my inconvenience.Absolutely excellent service and very good value.

2 of my watches needed new battery's, how ever they are pressure tested to 200 metres, so not the thing your local jeweller and do, contacted these online got a very fast response, took the watches in 20 minutes later they where ready for collection. Great service.

Amazing service, the lugs on my watch were loose because of me been me doing a handstand & they was absolutely perfect with the service, I simply couldn’t ask for a better place to repair watches!!

Had my tag heuer in a draw for years after I took it to a jewellers who told me it wasn't a battery issue but most likely a movement issue. Quoted me hundreds of pounds to send it off to tag which was almost what the watch cost me when new. Thought I'd give this place a shot at fixing it before I sold it for spares/repairs.Left with the owner & within hours was told it was fixed and just needed a new battery. Over the moon and new battery was so much cheaper than any other places I've been before. Highly recommended!

Paul has managed to replace a clasp on my late father's watch ( several other places have failed) the repair is flawless and my girl can now start wearing her grandad ( pops) watch with the confidence she used to . Very personal and professional service Thank you
