Great experiences everytime I use this company! Very quick, professional and informative. Ozzie has been taking care of all of my appliances for years and I would recommend him to anyone in need of repairs or replacements.

After the washing machine in my rental property broke, I called a few businesses to repair it and I was lucky enough to stumble upon Cool Climate Refrigeration.The business owner, Ozzy, is friendly, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to determine that the washing machine was at the end of its lifecycle and it was more economical to replace it with a pre-owned machine rather than repair it. Ozzy removed the broken machine and replaced it with a pre-owned within a week of me calling.If I have any future appliance issues, this is the first business I'll contact.

We have worked with Nasser for many years. He does all our appliance repairs and provides us with new appliances also when needed. Nasser provides excellent and exemplary customer service. Ozzy from Cool Climate has been servicing appliances in my rental properties for years. Great service, economical, very knowledgeable and responds very quickly to service calls!! Very amicable! Instead of sending out a costly repairman, Ozzy had a suggestion for what might be the problem with our 7 year fridge freezing up, he advised on unplugging it for 24 hours with doors opened and towels down to protect the hardwood as it completely defrosts and this should reset the unit. Although it’s a lot of work to unload a packed fridge & freezer, we luckily had another fridge in garage so we took his advise and it worked….plus he saved us money….thanks Ozzy!
