Used to love this doctor but I dread making appointments. It's the only doctor of mine in 2021 that doesn't have a virtual booking system and they NEVER answer the phone. It takes an hour to book an appointment because you will be placed on hold.Not to mention the doctor never responds to pharmacy refill requests unless faxed multiple times(even if it's medication you've been taking every day for years..?).Terrible extension of WCH.

Green Team - The secretary didn't let my wife book an appointment for me, and said they'd get back to me. We initially called in on Monday and didn't hear back until Friday, and booked a call from a doctor for the next day that never called. After calling back the following Monday and being on hold for 30 minutes the secretary hung up on me. The secretary routinely hangs up after she finishes speaking. It took another 30 minutes just to simply book a time to speak with a doctor.

Dr. Orli Shachar does not give good medical advice to her patients - specifically on female reproduction. Patient suffered 3 years of severe pain due to inadequately providing information, not properly explaining options/resources. Very outdated and disappointing.

I would give 0 starts if I could. This is for specifically the Green Team:"It is impossible to get through on the phone to book an appointment because you'll be on hold for at least an hour. If you call around noon there will be no receptionist and you'll get a "lunch break" recording (they don't have more than one to cover each other? or they both go to lunch at the same time?)Most importantly

Wonderful office and staff, however, there seems to be no way to reach them. You sit on hold for an hour or more. Sometimes even then, no one picks up.

Excellent doctors. Horrible booking and phone system. Any time I need to reach them I need to call multiple times to get through. It usually takes me upwards of an hour on the phone, calling multiple times to get through.

Great practice. Every doctor I’ve seen here is extremely competent. Always able to get an appointment at a reasonable time, the practice will also try to see you same day if your issue is urgent. Nothing but great things about WCH Family Practice.

Yellow Team has the best doctors. Have seen comments about reception & prescription but never had an issue with the Yellow Team. They call back promptly, fill requests within hours & make sure to let my doctor what’s going on! Best part is that when you need tests you just walk over to the hospital after. 10/10 always. Also, doctors make me feel extremely comfortable!

The family health practice at this hospital is another closed system of doctor centred, rather than patient centred, systems in this city which excludes all but the few who who managed some time ago to be accepted, leaving the public out in the cold. Is this really the function of a public hospital? There was in the recent past a psychiatric ward at this hospital that served the served the mentally ill in this area. Now the mentally ill are in our streets or dead.
