Fast response when first contacted, friendly and answered all questions, made good recommendations at the consultation that led to better decisions, fair price, work was done in the projected timeframe, work was done as promised including clean-up. Very satisfied and would hire again.

We bought a house a year ago, there were 15+ trees on the property. We hired the company for a consultation last year shortly after arriving. Karim came and took time to talk to us about each tree, its identification and gave us information on how to maintain good health. We have a gigantic Elm tree, he warned us about a possible disease and even spotted a dead Elm in the neighbour’s backyard. He referred us to another good company (Arboris) for preventive treatments. This year, we needed our apple tree to be balanced and they did a fabulous job and left us with a clean backyard. Highly recommend the company.

I asked for arborist suggestions in a local community group and many members whole-heartedly recommended Karim and his team and I'm so glad I took their advice. He spent time looking at our trees and making recommendations for their health and explaining his rationale. This morning a team of three arrived on-site to do the work and the trees look great and they cleaned up thoroughly. Super professional service. They did a great job with our Norway maple in the front yard to protect our house from damage. Who knows why Brigil insisted on planting a large sprawling fast growing maple so close to the house? Shade from the afternoon sun, but dangerous as well for the building.They were very good at communicating with me when they would come to do the work and when we paid for the service they were very prompt to send the invoice to show that it was paid.I would recommend to anyone needing trees trimmed.

I had excellent service from the owner coming to give an estimate and from the personnel who came to prune a large cherry tree. They were amazing with their skills in climbing and cutting and did an excellent job of cleaning my yard and two neighbouring yards.My complements to their skills and their bravery in climbing and moving from branch to branch.Thank you for a great job done.Allen

Karim and his team were exceptional to work with. I hired them to consult and upkeep the arboretum at our local primary school that has over 60 mature trees. They treated our remaining ash trees against ash borer, trimmed and pruned all the trees in the school yard, gave advice on maintenance and tree health, did maintenance work on roots and trunks and even supplied us with all the mulch that came from the branches they cut at no cost.Karim has expert knowledge and a great appreciation for trees - he is not just about cutting, but rather focuses on keeping trees alive and healthy for as long as possible. Excellent communication, stayed on a fixed budget, team was punctual and professional, cleaned up completely after their work. Highly recommend!

It's obvious Karim has a deep knowledge and passion for arboriculture. He took the time to explain his plan for my tree and why he would take each steps. After our meeting I felt at ease and confident with my choice to hire his company. The job was well done and I will work with them again in the future.
