Granite Springs has a new food menu this season and it's DELICIOUS! Recommend the photos attached - especially the tacos! Will be back for more treats.

Great course! Greens spot on, fairways dry, (only because of no rain) food was great. Staff very friendly.

Only good when closed in the winter time when we can enjoy the slopes with the kifs. Otherwise what a waste of land that has been devastated for a handful of phony people play a sport where you never get tired (it won't make you healthier). Beautiful scenery that could have been a great national reserve/park where nature would not be touched or bothered about little balls being thrown on the forest and eaten by wild animals. Hopefully, one day, we could only have mini golf facilities so these amazing open scenes could be enjoyed on a better way and for a wider audience.

GS has a nice layout and would be good for beginners. The worst is the condition of the course and the inconsistent greens. Tees boxes are almost entirely destroyed. Fairways completely burnt out and greens run from semi fast to turtle slow. Staff is friendly enough but there no Marshalls to help keep pace of play up.I played May 27th, 2023. The booking was not under my name.

Played the course last weekend. Weather was great, facility, staff and greens were all great... but the fairways were brutal. many (especially on the back) were completely dried out with the soil cracked, many were like hitting off the parking lot. Has lots of potential if they can get the fairways together!

For the last three years I've been hearing about how they are going to start spending money on the course to fix it up. Played it yesterday and the fairways are so dry that they are dirt and cracking. I understand we haven't had much rain but none of the other courses around are even close to this bad. It's time to start putting money into the course or dropping this price significantly. This is not a $59 green fee course

This course is a nice gem tucked into the 333. It's about 25-30 minutes from most main drags which makes it secluded and quiet. Facilities were in good shape and the green fees were reasonable too. Very polite staff and the course was extremely accommodating when I called them. The course was well groomed when I was there (late August). Greens were immaculate. The fairways are wide and accommodating but there are a lot of very tricky/well placed hazards to keep you on your toes. A few nice line of sight breaks over hills as well keep things interesting. One thing that is nice too is the tree line is cut to about shoulder height, so if you have an errant shot that lands in the woods, finding it isn't too precarious.I'd definitely endorse playing there again or to any new comers wondering.

Probably the worst par72 in Nova Scotia, maybe even the Atlantic provinces. Absolutely terrible. Fairways are as hard as *granite and it is in terrible shape. Poor layout, I started declining free rounds from friends it’s so bad

Have played this course many times both early, mid summer, and late in the season. The course is always in excellent condition, especially the greens. Staff is always friendly. The views are fantastic. The course is challenging but not impossible. It's close to the water so expect the temps to be lower than the city. If it's not really hot outside, bring bug spray. Pricing during peak times are somewhat high but you've been able to buy 5 round cards for 149$ plus tax for the past few years. The cards have no restrictions. That works out to only 30 dollars a round and makes Granite a fantastic deal. I would rank this course very high compared with the rest of the Nova Scotia Courses

Wonderful StaffThe staff were wonderful and friendly. The course was in fairly good condition. When you play there, remember two things. There is a lot of granite and a lot of springs. You can hit a shot that hits an outcropping of granite and goes to the moon. You also have to be careful near the edge of the fairways. Check that there is turf under your ball or you could tear your wrists up. Not kidding about that. This could end your year early. The greens were fair and challenging and the pace of play was reasonable. If it is very windy, you may want to bring an extra sleeve or two. Good luck!
