Laurie is the most efficient, meticulous, caring and kind groomer there can be. Our dogs love going to see her. They are treated like her own dogs and receive all her attention. One of them is a senior dog and Laurie is always very patient when grooming her.

Laurie have many years of experience. She is extremely nice and gentle with my dog. The most important things is that she take only one dog at the time which mean it's very relaxing for the dog she is grooming. She is the best.

Laurie is amazing! Her knowledge of dogs, and their behaviours, is superb. It was our puppy's (8 months old) first grooming and we weren't sure how well she would behave. Laurie had her calm and perfectly groomed when we picked her up. I highly recommend Zen Grooming!

My god is it ever a pain just to book an appointment. Why do you ask for so much information? Last groomer I went to took my dog and that was it. Asked what I wanted done, that's it. No emergency contact, no vet name, no days of shots, no pictures of vet documents. That's so incredibly tedious for no reason. Unfortunately, my go-to is all booked up and my puppy is due for grooming, but I will not be taking him here as your process is a complete waste of time for nail clipping and small hair trim.

Laurie does an amazing job on my two standard poodles. She is so patient with 9 month old and my 12 year old poodle loves her! Quality work for reasonable price!

Our first experience with our senior Golden, Colt. Laurie is great - we are incredibly pleased and can't recommend her and her work highly enough. Thank you so much! Well done. Colt is kind of camera shy, but I will try to share a photo. He looks incredible!

We have a rescue and she’s a very shy and nervous puppy so when Laurie first opened we brought our beloved little Tig for a tryout. It’s a match made in heaven. I would never bring my sweet girl anywhere else. I trust Laurie and Tig adores her to no end and that alone speaks high volumes. Highly recommend Zen Grooming. 5 stars across the board!
