Awesome service by the owner. She was wonderful to myself and my two little ones. She was extremely attentive and kind to my three year old daughter and helped her find the right size of ghillies for her dance class. I would highly recommend this business.

WORST shopping experience of our lives!! NEVER EVER shop here!!Please Read All!My wife and I went in to exchange an item we had just purchased for store credit. We wanted to return the item and buy something different of greater value. The owner snapped at us that there were no returns. We explained that we just wanted the store credit to buy another item and she said absolutely not, she does not do store credit. When we pointed to her sign, she just dismissed us and said well not for this item. We had already had rude service from her when we had been in the first time, which we ignored, this time we told her that her store and it's policies were ridiculous! She told us to get out, and then charged at us, as we were walking out and whipped my wife in the neck with the costume she was holding! We got very angry with her, and then she decided to hurl insults at us!! Needless to say DO NOT ever go to this store the old lady is one of the worst people I have had the misfortune to deal with!

My husband and I went to this store to look for super hero costumes.We walked in and the old lady was on the phone and opening her mail so we walked to where the costumes were (like we had done previously when we rented costumes from her the year before).15 minutes later she came strolling back and said what are you interested in" to my husband and he informed her we were looking for super hero costumes. She replied "they are right there!" And pointed to a certain rack.Shortly after I received a text message on my phone so I responded and put my phone back in my purse

I went in with an open mind last fall looking for some dance outfits for my daughters and was expecting something terrible.The longer I spend in the store, the more friendly and helpful the staff became. It is clearly run by some older folks, but they were kind to me and I enjoyed their company very much. They were a little stubborn around things they wanted to recommend, however I just reaffirmed it wasn't what I was looking for and they got me what I was :).

Called to find out if they carried nude body suits,and wanted to know the specific product number in order to find out more information. I live approx 2 hours from this location but the students who need them are only 45mins away. The lady who answered the phone informed me of the brand, but once i started asking questions all she could tell me was that we carry the one everybody wants." And the hung up on me!! I thought maybe it was a lost connection

Was calling to inquire about ballroom shoes. She preceded to give me directions but I told her I would just google it since I was from out of town and didn't know all the landmarks she was talking about. If it's possible to be even more grumpy than she already was on the phone, she preceded to say or maybe not" and then hung up on me. Would not give her my business even if she was the only store in town that carried them. Enough said."

Went in one day Looking for water activated paints like Snazaroo or WolfeFX when I asked her if they carried any water activated body paints, the lady working there looked at me like I was high and said I don't know what you're talking about I've never heard of those" after about half an hour of explaining what I was looking for she tried selling me cream based paint from BenNye telling me that is what I was looking for

Do NOT support this business. I Had paid for a rental costume days earlier and wanted to make changes and add to it. The grumpy owner proceeded to tell me I was not getting my money back and I was an idiot for changing my mind. I pleasantly explained I just wanted to try a different hat but she wouldn't let me, I would have to rent another entire costume to get another hat or buy one from a selection I didn't really want. I looked at a hat to buy while being verbally abused until I told her I would never come there again and tell everyone I knew to avoid the place. She said she didn't need my business anyway. Worst shopping experience ever. Shocked that a business owner would ever treat a customer that way. DO NOT support this business.If you have a thick skin and like being verbally abused, come on down.

The ladies are hilarious and very helpful. Very neat store with a bunch of different costumes. The have a big section of foot wear in hard to find sizes with medium and wide width.
