Excellent, very professional, friendly service. Thank you! ~ Brian LavertyDr. Mohamed Latifi and his staff assistants were all very professional and efficient in replacing the broken crown on my molar. They were friendly, conscientious, and exhibited much empathetic care during the 2-session procedure. Dr. Latifi was careful to explain to me each step he was taking. The replacement crown feels excellent and there was no problems or necessary adjustments with the bite. Thank you, Saugeen Dental, for such great service! ~ Brian Laverty, Hanover, Ontario.

Friendly. Clean. My only criticism is that they cancelled a booked appointment with us and then could only offer another 6 months down the road. Doesn't feel quite fair!

My daughter (9yrs) who was dreading her visit recently had a wonderful experience. She could not stop talking about how kind the hygienist was. Even informing me that she “got to know her pretty well”. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her visit. The hygienist that saw her was beyond kind and great with kids. Made lots of conversation and didn’t rush when my daughter had many things to say.

I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Saugeen Dental has hired very nice professional hygienists. Each individual hygienist and all of the Dental staff are very friendly. They always treat my family and I as though we matter. After each visit I always feel confident that my children are given good instruction to help them have good dental health which contributes to their overall health for life.

Saugeen Dental has been great! My dental hygienist was amazing.. she explained to me the whole process and why she was doing each step. Though it may take you a while to get an appointment, it's worth the wait!

The dentists are great, but unfortunately one of the receptionists reminded me yesterday that they aren’t wanting for clients, which apparently gives her the liberty to speak to clients in as patronizing a tone as she likes. So I’ll be moving on. A nice reminder to me that you never know what kind of day people are having, and a pleasant or unpleasant encounter can make a huge difference. All my best to Dr. Schleuter, who has always been so kind.

My appointment was to evaluate my requirements to proceed with what I needed to be done as I'm a new client.Lisa was very thorough in the pre examination which i thought was excellent.Dr Mahomed was excellent in explaining the procedures I required to follow to complete the dentistry and bring my teeth and gums back to were they should be.I'm looking forward to my next appointment.Mike Kuranyi

This is a great dental office with exceptional staff! We consistently receive thorough, high quality care and customer service from the admin staff, the dental hygienists and dental assistants, the patient care coordinator and from our dentist. I really appreciate the clear and concise communication in explaining dental matters. I also truly appreciate the text and email reminders of upcoming appointments. I would highly recommend Saugeen Dental to anyone needing dental care!
