I've been coming to this Sally's for years and Shanda has helped me on multiple occasions and is always super friendly, knowledgeable and just amazing at helping me pick out all the right products for what ever new hair colour I decided to try

I love going to this store! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A staff member helped me decide which protein treatment is best for my hair. I have thick, long, 3a curls. On a separate occasion another staff member helped me find the best hair colour brand to cover my grey hairs (I’m only 25!). Every time I go into the store, they ask if there is anything they can do to help. They are very friendly and easy to approach. The staff know what they are doing. I highly recommend going to this store.

I had such a wonderful experience today! One of the girls came up to me straight away and made me feel so comfortable. She gave me tons of awesome suggestions that I ended up purchasing. I will defiantly be coming back, I had lots of fun checking everything out.

I tried to bleach my hair by myself for the first time.. it did not go horribly- however did not go how I envisioned either! The lady who opened the store this morning was SOO helpful and knowledgeable and really let me know my options and the best course of action. She took her time explaining things to me in a very kind and caring way! I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much - my hair turned out amazing with the help of her advice :)

The people who work here are always super helpful and knowledgeable on products. Anytime I have gone in with questions about my hair or dyes or other products they always give me good pointers and recommend good products, but I never feel pressured to make a purchase. They will suggest additional products as well, which many would see as an upsell, but it's never something that's a waste of my time and is usually related to the purchase I'm making or whatever I'm doing to my hair (for example, when I was going to bleach it they suggested after treatments that kept my hair healthy and soft after bleaching). They have lots of selection for dye brands and colours and are always willing to give you advice on how to best do at home treatments. I always recommend Sally's to anyone wanting to try at home dyeing!

Amazing customer service. My partner and I were welcomed as we entered the store, given advice for hair care and informed of better products for what we were trying to accomplish. Kind, courteous and professional. They were able to educate us and were very relatable.Kind, friendly, and 100% worth visiting again!

Love coming here for my hair products. Ill never go anywhere else to get my hair dye and my shampoo. Love the staff the ladies here always are so sweet and very very helpful. Seeing as I do my own hair dye I definitely want to make sure Im Doing things right and so far ao good!

The female presenting person with the orange hair and bangs (they were wearing a mushroom necklace when I was in, if that helps identify them) was SUPER helpful! I just dyed my hair with the product they recommended and I am super happy with the result! They were super kind and I appreciated them very much! I was in and out in like five minutes. Much love to them!
