I cannot put into words the appreciation I have for the BCVC team. Thank you for making our difficult times a little easier to manage. This is the go-to place for end-of-life services in the GTA.

My family was going through a difficult time when we lost two close family members in one month. During this difficult time, Puneet and his team were extremely helpful. They were very respectful and accommodating to our last minute request. The Brampton Crematorium and Visitation Centre made setting up the funerals very easy and stress free. They allowed us to grief and not stress about setting up our final goodbyes.

Brampton Crematorium is a 5 star Funeral Service Provider. The staff is wonderful to work with, accommodating, and very organized. We have worked with Puneet on multiple occasions and the care and concern for our family has been greatly appreciated. With facing such a difficult time, you need a team that will fully be there to support you, and that is Brampton Crematorium. I highly recommend this venue you won’t be disappointed.

Attended a funeral for an elderly friend this week, My friend expected a more dignified service, as was agreed. The coffin was too shallow to even fit my friend's face and was built out of pressboard not pine, the paper forms were USA-centric and hard to fill in adding stress, and the time allotted to our group was less than agreed. Would never recommend this place to others wanting to pay respect. Watch out for cost inflation too.

My mom unfortunately passed away on June 20, after battling cancer for six months. As a family, this is the hardest thing we've ever had to face.The staff at Brampton Crematorium & Visitation Centre helped us prepare for funeral arrangements, more than words can describe.They were extremely helpful leading up to the funeral. On-site support was also flawless and a balance between personalizing the service, how Mom wanted, and what worked best in the venue/space, while following all necessary health protocols.I strongly recommend Brampton Crematorium & Visitation Centre. During a difficult time for any family, staff truly show that they care, never rush you and are always happy to listen and support as needed.

The team at Brampton Crematorium was so accommodating, comforting, kind and helpful throughout my grandma’s funeral arrangements. The team went above and beyond to assist my family during this tough time. It was our first time having a funeral for a family member, I didn’t know what to expect. Brampton Crematorium management and staff went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of with immense respect, care, love and comfort during the most difficult time of our lives.

My father passed away suddenly, and we used Brampton Crematorium for his service. The facilities were very nice, but I felt the staff was very unsympathetic and unhelpful through the entire process. When writing the obituary, the newspaper called our home and said they needed the crematorium to verify my father's death, and asked me to call them to have them release that information. However, when I called the centre, the woman on the phone was very rude and essentially said, why don't you tell them the details instead?" The same woman we interacted with also was very rude during the pick-up of my father's ashes. They said they could take his fingerprint and make jewelry out of it
