Preet is the person to deal with. She is super nice and helpful. Had really good experience with them. So only thing is, with big truck they were not able to book one way drop off. Which is strange for such big company. In terms of price they were better than any one out there.

Booked a truck a month in advanced at a different location for 1 way but was told it would only be available here and would have to return to same location. Was supposed to be set up with 24/7 pickup but was never able to receive the code. Told to pick it up when the office opened. Called the support line and I got hung up by two reps when they didn't want to help. Finally a third Rep booked me a truck at a different location that was opened.

WORST UHAUL DEALER EVERMy family and I planned a move from Mississauga to St. Catharines weeks in advance. We arranged for a “one way move” so that we pick up the vehicle in Brampton and drop it off in St. Catharines after the move.These crooks call us THE NIGHT BEFORE THE MOVE to tell us that one-way moves are not allowed anymore, and the vehicle must be returned to Brampton.Then, when we picked up the vehicle, there were not blankets or a dolly, which we had ordered, and the check engine light was on.After moving all day and returning the vehicle all the way back to Brampton, several days later, what do we see on our credit card statement, THEY HAVE DOUBLE CHARGED US. We call this dealer, and they “didn’t double charge us” – I’m looking at it on my credit card statement – and “we can’t help you, call U-Haul Corporate”.U-Haul corporate is very apologetic, and refunds our money, telling us, they had us down for a one way move, and on their side, its looks like the vehicle didn’t get returned to St. Catharines on time, and thus was late – only it wasn’t late, I was misleadingly forced to return the vehicle THE SAME DAY OVER 100 KMs OUT OF MY WAY.I don’t blame the incompetent dealer here – I blame U-Haul corporate allowing dealers of this caliber to operate under their brand name. I will encourage as many family members and friends as possible to 1) avoid this particular dealer AT ALL COSTS and 2) use a different rental company than UHAUL altogether.SORT YOURSELVES OUT !

I was given 3 stars because there was no extra charge, The lady works there is nice. It is also hard to maintain business during the COVID time. Otherwise I will give 1 star.I was booking a one way trip one week ago. The day before I pick up the truck, I received the phone call from U-Haul saying I have to bring the truck back which gonna be a round trip. It was more than 100Kms round trip and it made me very frustrated. The business did provide 30 dollars discount however not enough to cover the fuel and time. Moreover, the waiting time for pick up the Truck is pretty long. We were waiting about 1.5 hours to get the truck to deliver to the store instead of having it at the scheduled time. It was wasted time, especially when you hiring people to move for you!!! The price for renting the truck is okay.

I have used Ms. Preet's U haul rental services multiple times in the last few years & everytime it has been a seamless experience. She has also been highly accomodative with the early pickup requests. Keep up the good work.

Best in cityI got uhaul from them at the last minute on 1 june. Every other need reservation but u can go here to get ur uhaul at any time.

This is my worse Uhaul rental experience. The Lady Preet Gave our booked 20 feet truck to someone else, because I am late for 1hr, she said the truck will come back at 1-3pm. But the truck was delayed and endup getting the smaller 10 feet truck which is cost me more time, milage and fuel to move. I will not recommend this to everyone.

This is great service these people are providing.They helped us out with a great deal to get a truck for or move in June 2020The lady at the Dixie and Derry Mississauga location is awesome.She has a very beautiful car, too.Thank you

I wish there were minis options for stars. The lady in the store claimes she was busy but was on her phone the entire time fussing with someone. Then the van we rented was so dirty just like the shop, which is disappointing especially during covid. Then after begging her for a few days to let me know the actual amount charged she overcharged us up to 109km when we only did about 70km plus we added gas back to the van. I would never use their services again even if they were the only option.
