We were in the market to buy a townhouse. However we had an age restricted, no pets, no rentals condo to sell. The task seemed impossible. But we met Frank and Sherry and they made it all possible. They had an open house on a weekend and they presented 2 offers to us. We sold for list price and never looked back. It was the easiest sale ever for us. Frank knew how to price it fairly. I honestly cannot say enough about Sherry and Frank Heitzer and their team.Trying to sell my home has been a very difficult experience for me. I listed my house with another realtor in May 2022. He over-priced it, promised a lot, and did very little. I took it off the market Aug & Sept. thoroughly exhausted by the experience , I knew I had missed the market.I decided to try again in Oct., and that's when I found Sherry. However Canada interest rates were climbing, buyers were scarce and inventory for 55+, which is what I wanted to purchase were almost non-existent. It was like looking for a job during COVID!Sherry has been the best realtor I could have ever asked for. She was relentless in her efforts to not only sell my house for a price I was comfortable with, but to also find me the same that I would be happy living in. She never gave up!! Sherry and her team were great! We looked at homes for several months. Sherry communicated well and when the time came to write an offer she had already done the comparables and had a good knowledge of the market so that our offer would be competitive.
