Damara Day Spa, Hotel Saskatchewan

I went to Damara for manicures with my daughter and mother-in-law for a special occasion. We were very pleased with the quality of our treatments and the ambiance of the spa. I was interested in purchasing one of the Eminence products from their shop and, when they didn't have the one I was looking for, they brought it over from another location during my treatment so that it was waiting for me when I paid. The service was exceptional.

Great massage, however being Hotel Saskatchewan I would have thought they'd be prepared for Regina winters. Would be much better if they had the massage room at a warmer temperature.

Self care central - This spa experience was divine. I booked a facial and felt like I was teleported to a Japanese garden with little ponds & coy fish. All the lotions on my face were great and I liked the care given in the application. The space is really nice as well. All around great communication, customer service & delivery. Oh! And I have to shout out Annie - she was my aesthetician & so lovely! Thank you!

Did a great job on my manicure & got me in last minute. It’s clean, spacious & relaxing. I enjoyed people watching through the big windows that looked over the park. Treat yourself next time you’re around!If you are looking for a certain manicure style such as french tip, be sure to mention that so they book you in with someone that can do so.

I visited the spa for the first time over Thanksgiving weekend for a pedicure. Tarandeep did my pedicure and did an excellent job. She was polite, easy to visit with, and gave great attention to detail. My feet felt amazing when she was done. If I'm ever back in Regina I would love to come again.Thank you!!

Got my birthday day pampering at Damara day spa Regina, it was like heaven.Neha was super friendly and gentle in her delivery of service. Friendly staff ,great service , ideal location at Saskatchewan hotel.Thank you , I had a wonderful day .

I went several weeks ago for a facial, they asked me very few questions about my skin and then just started scrubbing it with different exfoliating gels. All of the products were heavily scented, the exfoliants were way too harsh for my skin and I was breaking out for weeks after. When I asked the woman what the exfoliant was in the scrub she was using she said it was hyaluronic acid, which is simply not an exfoliant. It was a very expensive and unpleasant experience and I do not recommend anyone to there. The staff do not know what they're doing and the products and techniques used reflect that.

My whole family go to Damara for wonderful customer service but since last 2 times I am getting awkward customer service. My appointment suppose to be with Alek on Dec 24th. I drove all the way from south to downtown. When I reached , they could not find my appointment. After the long exercise, they finally found my appointment which was never booked with Alex. Since I waited for more than 3 weeks and wasted my time & money, I should at least get apology. No sorry, no acknowledgement for mistake, nothing.Its not over yet, I cancelled my whole family’s all future appointments on Dec 24th with Damara but still I am getting msgs for all appointments which seems like never got cancelled again. You guys have lost a big business. Family of 6 ( every quarter message viz 24 message )moving to message expertz.Change your booking agent & system both if you dont wanna loose more business. Harbour landing & greens is better than hotel sask.
