I bought a used printer and the online listing clearly said NO TONER, however when I received printer there was no DRUM, which was not disclosed in the listing. They responded quickly to my emails, and partially refunded me for lack of drum. Although the refund wasn't enough to 100% pay for a new drum, their fast responses to my emails and being reasonable and open to partial refunds shows that they do value their customers and do their best for customer satisfaction.
