WLS Plumbing

We have used WLS Plumbing several times and can’t recommend them highly enough! Each time they have sent two very experienced plumbers almost immediately. They not only carried out our requests quickly and efficiently, but would not accept a tip, even for one particularly difficult job. So impressed!

I have been a customer of WLS plumbing for years. They are good when it comes to replacing hot water tanks at reasonable price and the work lasts at least 10 years in my cases (4 times I used them), and they did one blocked sink too however, they don't appear to answer the phone when you call you almost always get the machine. I had an urgent job (a blocked kitchen sink made life miserable) so i called them at 10:30 am which is a good working hour and I got the machine. This had happened many times before sometimes they don't even call back but this time my job was urgent so I called another place who answered right away and decided to take my business there. They sent someone within two hours and did a good quick job at likely more expensive price.My recommendation to business owner is to pick up the phone or lose the business.

They have done some small jobs and bigger jobs over the years. Always dependable and fair. Never have had any issues. Very professional, which in my mind is the most importnat part. They care about the customer and about the work they do, which you don't see very often these days. They are top notch!

My kitchen sink was not draining and after several attempts on my part the water kept rising. I considered this an emergency. I tried to contact 'emergency plumbing services near me' on Google and a long list of companies who advertised 24/7 services. After waiting several minutes and listening to pre-recorded messages that promised a call back, I hung up and a call to this company on Easter weekend 2022. They were called Saturday evening at approximately 11:45 pm and were here within the hour. I felt bad for the plumber but he said there was no need to apologize. After a few minutes he called the superintendent of my building and both of them analyzed the situation. The superintendent then told me it was good that I had called as this was considered a situation that could cause potential damage to my unit as well as others. The plumber spent at least 2 hours here and fixed the problem (my neighbor had been throwing straws away via their kitchen sink). Throughout the whole time the plumber was courteous and polite. He even cleaned up before leaving, I had no clean up job to do. I had used WLS before and was also very pleased with their work and good attitude at that time as well. I highly recommend this company. They treat their clients/customers with respect, which I can say is no longer the case with other companies.

These guys are professional, fast, and reasonably priced.
