Dan provided excellent service. Had all the tools to deliver a thorough cleaning job while keeping the area around the heat pump clean and dry in our living room.He was very friendly and was able to answer all our questions in regards to the Heat Pump usage and was very informative regarding the unit. Highly recommended. Technician was very knowledgeable about heat pump systems and completed a very thorough cleaning of both my heat pumps. Provided tips and advice on maintaining cleanliness of system in between major cleanings. Price point was fantastic.

I highly recommend this company. The service was done efficiently and I was explained what was being done every step of the way. He cleaned both my mini splits inside and also showed me how my outdoor condenser was blocked and causing me to loose money. Will 100% use them again.

Found out about company from HFX show in the Spring. Staff have been friendly and informative as well as site easy to book online. Team member called ahead of time, was courteous and knowledgable passing along cleaning/maintenance tips.Would recommend.

Daniel was great! Was running a little early but called to see if it was okay or not. Put out protection for our floors and furniture so nothing was wet after he left. Explained proper usage of the heat pump to us (new users) and provided some information about future repairs if needed. Thanks again!

We were very happy with the service Dan provided as well as his input on how we can better use and maintain our ductless heat pump system. He was very proactive in updating us on his travel and arrival. He was punctual and his work was very tidy and high quality.We find NS has a bad habit of having trades people that don’t respond or show up.
