Horrible. They are foolish. And don’t want to help you. They literally gave me another address and told me they can’t service me bc my situation is “too complicated”. The address they gave me doesn’t even provide an affidavit service. I went to tcet on my own and it wasn’t too complicated for them.Those fools had me running up and down the place grabbing info from my past that was completely IRRELEVANT.TCET helped me perfectly so I’m not sure why they couldn’t. Horrible group of people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The worst place I have ever been to! I came in today looking for help with my court case trying to get any info in regards to aid certificate. I was not only approached as I’m trash, the lady I tried to talk to shouted at me. This place should serve persons like myself, low income single mothers where ex husbands don’t allow to live normal life and drag from one court to another or don’t pay child support. Place like this should with open arms support and encourage and help to stay strong and win this unnecessary fights in courts. Provide necessary tools to help! But this place doesn’t care that single mom, a student working part time job is dragged from one courthouse to another by ex just so he doesn’t have to pay or exercise his access till the case is done. This place doesn’t care how person like me will pay her bills missing another day at work to be in the court, and expects that I know the law or effort 300$ an hour lawyer. And is not willing to provide with aid certificate based on their own assumptions instead of written facts!!! Like proven low income tax return or breached court order!!!What this places are for???? Paid from our taxes?? Created to support society that can’t afford law degree to protect themselves??? Someone should interfere!!! Should take a good look in what this people working there doing besides treating other people like me with so much disrespect!!!
