Top Notch Service and Excellent products. This is a family business and they are extremely good at what they do. I purchased a specialty Aluminum lite weight cargo max trailer from Alexandre who despite being very busy with multiple customers gave me all the time I needed. He did a great job explaining the product to me and I left feeing very satisfied that I had made a quality purchase at a very competitive price! Definitely consider these guys if you are shopping for a new trailer.

Very disappointed! Lack of communication on what was needed. Made an appointment by phone to have a trailer hitch installed. Or so I thought. Drove two hours to have it done while I was in the area. Didn’t have appointment on schedule and didn’t have the parts. No mention of that credit card was needed to place an order etc. They wanted to make an appointment for the next day. I’m not available. Maybe I should charge $100 for my time.

Install was well done but we were highly overcharged for labor. Not acceptable!!

Do not buy a trailer from them .. bought a brand new trailler last year .. its a 2019 the outside of trailler is already corroded.. my axel we’re bent on transportation .. my tires last 6 months ... now i have to sell this trailler and buy a new one .. it’s degrading everytime you look at it

Extremely satisfied with my axle replacement on my boat trailer. Old axle had damage on the spindles which would have eventually caused bearing failure and potential safety issues. Dealt with Mr. Charles Gagne who recommended an axle upgrade from 2000 lbs to 3500 lbs which also includes larger bearings. This would handle my load better and most probably increase the life of bearings and tires. When the work was completed, I took a 300 km road trip to go fishing. I noticed a marked positive difference in my trailer's behavior on the road. I am very satisfied with the work done, but am especially pleased with the advice given me by Mr. Gagne. I would like to share the experience of DomenicCalled for a part at the service department , for a door spring for a trailer. A man answered the first time and spoke to me with ‘0 ‘ interest in helping me find the part I needed. I called back the next day and spoke to someone else apparently, the man was a little better,And helped me and replied he had the part in stock around 9 am. I took half a day off to drive 50 kil to pick up the part because I was so desperate for my part at 9 am!!! Walked in the store at 1 pm… and was served by the least interested person who shows no liking in his job, to tell me they don’t have this part and didn’t even try to look or show and willingness to want to help look for this part in the computer. After telling him I drove so far to get this part, to add insult to injury , he tried to make me think I never called this place for the part and I showed him the price and phone number I called. He is the worst employee I ever had to deal with, I felt so insulted how he denied how I never called and didn’t even try to help at all.Horrible service and will never go back and don’t recommend this place! Found another place and that helped and gave me great service.

Good quality trailers. The business has several names, that is a bit confusing. They don't accept credit cards for more than $500. You can't buy a trailer in place. You have to come to order the trailer, them come again to pick it up.

Great price and service. They did a brake cable harness install same day for 1/4 the price the dealer charged. Rented a trailer too and it had a broken light so they fixed it on the spot.
