Very rude, not reasonable.

I was there when the person who gave a review of one was there. She was the one who was rude as I was there for a scheduled appointment and she interrupted to try to get information. She was told she needed an appointment as that's how they work. She didn't like that and left....yelling at the lady who was helping us.

If I can give this place no stars, I would. It’s a bit late review as I have experienced their incompetence back in 2015. Better late than never. I want people to know. They were contracted by my builder to tile bathrooms and install hw floors. It was a complete botched job. Scratches everywhere on hw and tiles are too far apart and uneven. What makes it worse is that they used my floor vent as a garbage shoot for saw dust. I literally pulled 1lb of saw dust. That is malicious and definitely not accidental. I gave up on them trying to repair my hw floors because they do more damage than good. Their owner Peter is very good at blaming someone else and just simply not a good person. I do have some choice words to describe him but trying to stay constructive. There is more, caulking around bathroom was done on top of the loose grout. This means it did not stick. Do you see the pattern here??? These are horrible installers.
